Needed my kitchen faucet replaced. Tech said $491.00 to replace (just labor because I have my own new faucet). His reasoning was that my hot and cold valves were leaky and so he would have to turn off the water to the whole house and let the pipes drain before he could work on it. Seriously? Anyone can turn off the valve for the water and then turn on a faucet in the basement to drain those pipes upstairs. So, yeah I paid him his stingy $79 service fee for coming out and trying to rape us. His store is 3/4 of a mile away so it doesnt take long to get here. Wont call on them again.

GREAT SERVICE!! These guys went the extra mile: My water heater started leaking, it was only 5yrs old so I called Maxfields who originally installed the heater, they told me that it should be under warrantee but that it might be hard to find the brand I have locally. They called me back and told me after some searching they found one and had me scheduled for that afternoon. The plumber had to move the vent and the gas line to make it fit and didnt charge me a thing. AWSOME!!

Called sooo many places to get help, after what, 20 calls finally Maxfield came through on new years day!? Wow. 1 company even stood us up. Matt was great - timely, professional, effective, even great to deal with on the phone. Thanks for your help when no one else came thru!

Called for water leak (plumbing problem) told told the lady its bad!! She said someone would be calling me shortly. 2 1/2 hours later I get a call saying sorry were now closed for the night! ....Really? We wont be able to help wheres the Communication?
