Beehive was a subcontractor for our countertop company. You disconnected and reconnected the plumbing under the sink. The first day one of your plumbers came out and quickly disconnected everything. He replaced the old shut off valves and charged a few extra dollars for the parts. He told us there would be no additional charge the next day when the reconnect was done. A different plumber came the second day. He wanted to use new black pipes underneath and charged extra for that. We had already paid the counter top company $450 for the disconnect and reconnect. We protested the charge for the new black pipes, but the plumber said he could not do the work unless we paid the extra. We paid it. So, we paid $450 to the counter top company for your services, plus another $50 for parts. The total work time was about 2.5 hours. Do you really get paid $180/hour plus parts for disconnecting and reconnecting a kitchen sink with disposal? Seems very steep. Maybe the "gouge" was the $450 to the counter top company. One of the plumbers seemed surprised that we paid $450 for the disconnect & reconnect. What would the charge have been had we contracted directly with Beehive? Now, on the positive side, the two Beehive plumbers were very courteous, knew what they were doing and did a good job. No complaints with the quality of their work.

For the work done, I thought the price at $625 was way too high, and that was just for replacing a small section of pipe main sprinkler feed pipe outside and a valve. I did all the excavation down to 4" and 3"x 3" and I have to fill the hole back-in, to keep the cost down. On the psitive side, they did come the same day I placed the call, and even showed up earlier due to a cancellation. But other negatives: - they left trash at the site, including at the bottom of a 4 hole, - even though they said the parts and labor are warranteed for 1 year, thats limited to a vague 5-word statement on the e-invoice (maybe thats a plus for me coz vagueness should be ruled in my favor), and, - they said the port from the valve to the ground was going to be better than what I had, but its just a slightly larger piece of pipe cut to fit over the valve with a flimsy cap on top - not very good quality in my opinion, and Ill likely go buy something better. Would I use Beehive again? Probably not.

My brother referred me to Beehive when my drain pipes to the mainline were plugged and back-flowing into my house. I needed help quick. He recommended I call Beehive because he used them in the past and had a great experience with them. I called Matt at Beehive and he helped me arrange the appointment to have one of the techs come out the same day. Aaron Beagley was the tech that came out and he cleared the main line through the roof vent and got it all cleared out. Unfortunately, the next morning, the drain drain was still plugged. I called Aaron and let him know and he came out that morning and cleared it from inside the house. He didnt charge me any extra and everything is working perfectly. I appreciate this company and their techs. They helped me clear up a nasty situation and they went out of their way to make me happy. I would highly recommend them, and if you are considering a plumbing company; call Beehive!!

I changed my counters. Beehive Plumbing did all the disconnects and reinstalls after new sinks and new counters were installed; three bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room. Doing this kind of a remodel is much more stressful than I had anticipated - everything is out of your cupboards and no plumbing for a few days. A great big mess. Beehive Plumbing had to come here 4 times, and all of their plumbers were on time, courteous, and professional. I appreciate it more than I can express. I would use them again; their company even answers phone calls! They are caring and when there is a problem, they are willing to work with you until its solved. We had Beehive Plumbing come out for a gurgling pipe. Matt came out and spent two hours with me explaining what needed to be done. It ended up being I needed a new sewer line. Matt and his crew were awesome. Our job presented several issues that were unexpected, the team worked long hot days and weekends to make sure we were taken care of. Matt and team ended up working on our home for 2 weeks. I got to know them and fully trust this company. In fact my mom needed a new water heater during our sewer issues. Beehive Plumbing sent someone to my moms house an hour later and she had a new water heater just a few short hours later. If I ever need help with Plumbing again it will be Beehive that I call.

I had Shawn Powell from Beehive Plumbing come to my house to replace my main water line. He did a fantastic job. He was prompt, on time, and very helpful and informative. He completed the job and when I came home from work my yard was put back together and the site was clean. Does not even look like he dug up my yard. He came back to my house to make sure everything is good and water pressure was appropriate. I would and have recommended Shawn Powell at Beehive Plumbing to everyone at my job and will recommend him to anyone else that wants to have a great job done.

My disposal was not working at my office 13 months after installation. I called Beehive because they installed it. The guy came out and wanted to replace the disposal. My employee came in and suggested he turn the nut on the bottom to see if it would fix the problem and it did. The plumber would have charged me $350 for a new disposal with out even mentioning that he could first turn a nut with a wrench to possibly fix it. He charged me $150 for his 15 minutes (even though we are the ones that actually fixed it) and was on his way. Will not use Beehive again...

I had a problem with a clogged sink. After attempting to unclog it myself I called a different plumbing service who were not able to unclog the sink after two hours of work. The other service recommended to replace all of the pipes back to a T in the wall and it would run me in the thousands. I called Beehive to get a second opinion. While they still replaced a section of the piping, they didnt do the whole thing and the whole experience was a fraction of what the other plumber quoted me. They did an outstanding job and the sink is still draining great!

From start to finish, we were pleased with the service from Beehive Plumbing. We are remodeling our kitchen and timing for countertops and plumbing needed to be just in time. Beehive called the day before to set up the meeting, then the plumber called the day of the work to confirm the time and he arrived as promised. Work was done quickly and efficiently. No pressure, no worries. Matt Naylor was our plumber and was very professional and helpful. We are extremely happy and we would absolutely recommend them to our friends!
