I dont even know where to begin to express my thanks to Tony (technician) and Jeff (owner) for what they did for me today. I had an under warranty issue with my water heater that had been mishandled by many. From the first phone call I was assured "not to worry", well take care of you. That couldnt have been more true. Jeff understood my frustration and concern and rose to the occasion. He dispatched Tony who was polite, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Jeff met up with him later to work out the problems with my water heater which turned out to be electrical in nature. At first I thought I was looking at having to hire an electrician before my hot water problem could be resolved. Jeff assured me that it was not something they couldnt handle, and did. They were there when they said they would be, stayed until all the issues were resolved and reassured me the entire way. When they left it was aft 5 p.m. on a Friday. Two hours later I still didnt have hot water. I called their office and my call was ansered by Patty (a real human being, not an answering machine/service!!!). She immediately told me to not worry, called Jeff, put us both on speaker and was told they would be back as soon as they finished the job they were on. At 9 p.m. on Friday night, Jeff and Tony returned to my home and replaced the one theremostat and element that was causing the problem. They couldnt do enough to make sure that I was comfortable, reassured and everything was in working order. Who does that these days? Not many!! Jeff runs an honest business and he obviously cares a great deal about his employees because Tony was by his side the whole time making sure that all was taken care of. I cant thank them enough for the care and attention they paid to me. The best part was that he worked with me with my home warranty company so that I wasnt charged. This is a company you can rely on and trust with any job. Many thanks guys!

Lawson Family Plumbing has been coming to my houses rescue the past two years. Last year I had an old water softener blow out and send muck and resin through all of my pipes in the house. Their techs offered me some great advice and went above and beyond getting my house fixed up. All of my faucets were replaced, a new water softener installed, pipes cleared, and all was well. After seeing how professional they were, I asked them to install a new RO system in the kitchen, which also works well over a year later. This year I had them come out and replace a tub in my second bathroom, as well as replace all toilets. They really busted their butts on the bath tub, and again -- went above and beyond to get the job done right, and even saved my shower walls from needing to be completely re-done. The demolition was very clean, and easy to re-assemble once they were finished. More recently, I had called them out because one of my water spigots was leaking in my back yard. After the tech looked at the problem and gave me a quote, he looked at me candidly and said "Ill be honest with you, you can do this yourself.. its very easy and it will save you a lot of money." I cant begin to describe how much I appreciated this. You cant bad mouth a company who has that type of integrity, and acts just as much as an advocate for the customer as they do their own bottom dollar. Lawson Family Plumbing gets 5/5 stars every time. I see myself being their customer for a very long time.

I am a do it yourself kinda guy. So when I could not get our kitchen sink unclogged. I reluctantly called around to get prices for someone to come out and take a look at the drain past the P trap. I called Lawson Family Plumbing and got a no BS answer. They were able to get someone out the same day and take a look at what we were dealing with at no cost. They gave me an estimate of what it would cost before they started any work. I was content with the price I was given and allowed them to clear my drain. Unfortunately, there were other unforeseen issues with my drain, and were unable to clear the drain after a couple hours. To my surprise I was not charged for the hours the technician took to try and clear the drain. Going forward he gave me some recommendations and left me with all contact information to continue the resolve of my drains in my old house. The gentleman that came out, was very polite, knowledgeable, professional. I would highly recommend this outfit! I know I am quite sketchy, when it comes to hiring a company to do jobs, but I was put at ease, dealing with Lawson Family Plumbing. We are definitely going to continue with our repair with them.

Jeffrey Lawson is the best. He deserves more than a five star rating. My 77 year old mother received a quote from a company that said she needed to replace her water heater, kitchen faucet, and toilet. The quote was for over $1,600. Fortunately she didnt have the money and had to take out a loan to have these repairs made. She mentioned the repairs, that she had scheduled for less than a week out, to me on he phone. You see I live in Oregon. I looked on the internet for a licensed, bonded and insured plumber and Lawson Family Plumbing caught my eye. Jeffrey listened to my mothers story. He said worse case scenario if all needed to be replaced it would be about $600. less than the scammers quote. Guess what Jeffrey discovered during his free inspection. NOTHING wrong with the water heater, NOTHING wrong with the faucet and NOTHNG wrong with the toilet. This man is not only a professional, he is a hero. Thank you Lawson Family Plumbing!

Had a tough issue to diagnose. The first tech thought it was fixed, but it continued to leak after he left. The owner personally called and sent someone else to repair it. Then the owner showed up as well. They ended up there until past 10pm and installed a new toilet and new flange. Since the problem did not get solved the 1st go, it was frustrating and ruining our brand new wood floors. Jeff went above and beyond to identify and fix the leak, but also has been involved with the flooring company to make sure that gets repaired properly. Not done with the final details, but Jeff has went as far as telling me there is no bill due. That being said, the toilet was broke, they did end up fixing it and his service was amazing. Well agree on the $$$ once all is done because they deserve to be paid for their work, but I wish there were more companies like Lawson with owners that were so passionate and legit about making things right.

This company is awesome! After noticing my drain pipe leaking under my bathroom sink, I researched plumbing companies and because of all the positive reviews on Yelp, Google and the A+ rating with BBB, I gave Lawson Family Plumbing a call and Steve, the plumber, was here within 15 minutes and replaced it very quickly. Because the pipe was very rusty, it broke off and some of the threads were left behind. He worked hard at it to remove the rest of the threads so he wouldnt have to tear into my wall making it more costly for me. He was polite, highly qualified and very professional. The cost was very reasonable and I will be using them in the future for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber.
