I do repair for a 92 year old lady(Mrs Mitchell) in our commuity last month she had a very bad water leak under her house, I advised her to call ABC plumbing because it was more than i could deal with. Two youn men came out advised her that she should repipe the whole house, she showed me the est. and i agreeed it should be done. Well when they started the work I asked if they could leave me a roll of the rubber tape so i could tape up the under belly after the soaked insulation dryed. I went under the house to start taping with what was left of a roll and found a hot water line kinked, i call and talked top a manger and we set up an appointment for to come out and stated that that they would bring out a roll of plumbing tape, long story short they replaced the line and added a 90 degree fitting. When the left i went under the house to retrive my construction light and found the new fitting was leaking, they were called back and replaced the new 90 and stated that they cant keep coming back to fix there work that I damage. Really! I kinked a line, I caused there repair to leak and they gave me a roll of 20.00 duct tape (they Say) that retailed for 6.00. I dont like being lied to and accused of damaging there work i ran a very trusted home remodling and maintenance compant in the midwest and never had a reason to lie!!. The home owner is very upset with the service that she received. and she paid $6200.00

Im Not usually one to write reviews however I experienced something that isnt so typical in this industry so I thought it was note worthy. Our company was having a major leak from the toilet in one of our bathrooms, being a commercial building and toilet I decided to call im the professionals. Having never used ABC before I still felt like I was a major concern for them, I was greeted in about 40 mins after my call and letting them know it was imperative I recieve service because of the leak being all over the floor. After arriving and inspecting for a while one of the Plumbers, I believe his name was Rich, advised it was a quick fix but my toilet was old and in deed of a rebuild. Realizing that that was over 10 years old and never worked really that well Since I moved in, I felt necessary to change the whole toilet out. The Plumbers left and within 30 mins came back with the new toilet and set it up. Now everything is back to normal, but there is just one thing, its too quiet in the shop now, because there is no longer the incessant draining and refilling sound that used to come from the bathroom due to the bad toilet. Thank you ABC for the fine and speedy work, done properly and very reasonably.

Beware of overcharging!! Ironically I was reminded to write this review when ABC plumbing sent me a notification to renew their PSP (Plumbing Savings Program). I called out ABC since I did buy their PSP and I thought they were a good company. There was a leak in my shower, my roommates were there when the plumbers arrived (the two ABC guys thought they were my tenants). I had already had two leaks in my plumbing so I wanted someone out there pronto so I might prevent damage to my property. Turned out it was a shower cartridge. I asked them to call me back with an estimate. They went back and forth with each other in front of my roommates about how much to charge me. They told me it would be over $300 for the part alone without their "discounted" labor costs. I called a contractor friend, and after talking with him, I called back and asked them to leave my property. A reliable plumber came out, the part was around $13 or $15 dollars and the entire charge was under $70. Bye bye ABC, there is no chance I will ever pay for any of your services again and I will warn everyone I know to never call you. I may even try to get in contact with the BBB if the time has not expired to report your company.

I had a plumbing emergency and after calling several companies, ABC was the only one that was willing to show up within the hour. I was apprehensive about using them based on the other Google reviews but I had no choice so I gave them a shot. My experience was great--the repairman showed up quickly, he was NOT a toothless tattooed guy but rather a very friendly and professional individual who fully explained what the problem was and how it could be solved, and the repair was completed quickly and correctly. I have no complaints about the price either, which I consider to be absolutely reasonable for the service provided. In short--I dont usually write reviews and I think thats true of most customers that have good experiences but I felt compelled to do so in this case because I dont think the reviews this company has received on Google are entirely fair or representative of what the average experience is like. I will call them again in the future.

I have used ABC plumbing for a variety of jobs (repairs, renovations etc.) for my business and have nothing but good things to say about these guys. Simply put; Fast- Theyre quick to respond, theyre quick on site, and theyre quick to get the job done without sacrificing proper workmanship. Theres never been a time where theyre standing around trying to catch a breather or smoking a cigarette like some other companies Ive used. Friendly- From speaking with the receptionist on the phone to the actual repairmen. Youll never sense the slightest bit of attitude or annoyance. This is something to me that speaks a lot about character. Reliable- I can depend on ABC to take care of business. Never have to keep tabs, never have to call and bug them about anything. Their work is great and they get the job done right the first time. This review is far overdue and I feel like this company deserves some proper recognition. Thank you ABC Plumbing!

Horrible service. Did not return phone calls for 2 days. Finally sent a tech to fix water heater (purchased from them 3 years ago). The fix lasted for 2 days. Called them back to have them come and fix it again. Received a call back from someone other than the scheduler or the tech, who wanted me to give him the blow by blow of the 1st techs work. Seems to me he should talk to his tech. Then I asked about whether or not the water heater is under warranty. Without knowing the make or model, I was told no, not under warranty, as the part replaced was the thermo coupler, and its not a warranty part. I questioned it, and he came back with "It depends". We went back and forth and got nowhere. And his attitude and approach were pathetic, as if he was my customer. Unbelievable.
