Plumbers were courteous. Since the first post I found several mistakes 3 flanges either to far from wall to low or to high, vent not hooked up. They ruined two floors and got the whole house filthy and wouldnt take responsibility for their mistakes without extreme pressure from me. Except for the ruined floors and all the dust/dirt throughout the house. They tried to use short cuts in fixing their mistakes. I would not recommend them to anyone. Workers are good attitudes. Management at Mr rooter is terrible. Mr. Rooter did not step up with all they ruined and tore apart from their mistakes. Mark tryed to put the blame on bad vent and said even though they cut it if it was broken/cracked it wasnt their fault. When it came to a vent not hooked up he left and called back to finally admit it was their mistake. It fixing the vent pipe set the flang at 14 inch rough in wasnt the correct height had to be jack hammered out 3 times and still got it wrong. Put 4 holes in bedroom wall and 2 in bathroom to find leak when all but him said the leak was under stool and tub area. Even it was all on them they never said they would fix what they tore apart. When they get a good review they acknowledge it but never get back to the ones with problems. Poor management on their part. Would not recommend them to do your plumbing. Donnie was not up front on his dealings with the customers.

On Sept 2 2017 I had to call a plumber to come over to my house for service . After couple of hours browsing through the INTERNET and countless phone calls I was let to Mr Rooter Plumbing . The technician Mr Rafael Menjiuar arrived within a time schedule . He was very knowledgeable and very professional . He explain everything very diligently and patiently and the price was just right . Its nice to have a service with great work ethics and respect towards customer . As a home owner , I will definitely put Mr Rooter Plumbing on file for any future repair in my house . Before Mr Rafael Menijuar left he inspected my water heater . I am extremely satisfied with the service and I would recommend Mr Rooter to my family , my friends and anybody who is looking for honest , reliable service at reasonable price . Good job Mr Rooter

Awesome service!! Even threw in some extra work on some initially unnoticed issues for free. About $400 cheaper for the same work vs Stirling Plumbing. They did all the work in one day, literally, 8AM to 8PM plus two hours the next day, while Stirling just did two things in the two hour time slot. The bathroom leak appeared to have bee happening for some time (had all the emergency valves replaced and not just the leaking one because none of them worked) and he helped get hooked up with the mold people and helped him make the initial insurance interactions a breeze

I had Keith H from Mr. Rooter come out after another plumber couldnt fix my problem...even added to it. He arrived at my house 40 mins after I called. Keith was experienced and knowledgable, explained and showed me everything that needed to be done...didnt press me for extra services and gave me an estimate. He corrected my stopped up sinks and fixed the other problems created by previous plumber. He was a personable and polite person...someone youre happy to have in your home. Ill ask for him again, and Mr. Rooter will be my plumber in the future. 7-14-17

Eric came on a service call on Sunday to fix a pump extractor. This turned into a whole bunch of projects I needed to do, and some he discovered as we went along (leaks, etc). Eric was extremely knowledgeable and never gave up on a really challenging project - where three other plumbers did not want to go there. He got it to function until we can get parts that were discontinued. This guy did what it took and did an outstanding job. Thanks Eric!

The tech that was sent out...Ian... was extremely helpful and very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the process and offered helpful tips as to eliminate the problem in the future. Its always tough balancing, "can I do this myself?" Vs. having someone do it for you. What I didnt realize was that not only would someone come do the work but would walk me through the how and why of the process so I felt more confident in the value provided. I would recommend mr. Rooter if thats the level of experience youre looking for.

Had a broken angle stop in my bthrm. Was told I should replace all 4 angle stops Someone else told me I got ripped off. Could have saved myself over 500 bucks. Also think they have a racket going on with A restoration company called Copper state Home Builders. They were at my house in 30 minutes. Very pushy people. Dont trust them.

Had our main sewer line collapse, was informed just part of our aging houses cast iron system. Jason at Mr. Rooter took care of everything from start to finish. Would absolutely use them for anything and everything plumbing related in the future. Excellent work and recommend to all our friends.

We took out a multi year agreement with Mr. rooter after our first year in Scottsdale. We had experience with this firm and liked Keith Herzog who did multiple repairs for us. he finds the problem and fixes it..And there is NO MESS. the price is right..the service outstanding..5 stars

The work resulted in a cleared sewer line. Good. The technician (Steve) was pleasant to talk to. Good. I understood someone with a camera would be coming later to inspect the line, but I havent seen or heard from this person (perhaps it occurred when I wasnt home...?).
