Watch out for this company! While there are one or two competent plumbers, others will take you down a path of very costly, unneeded repairs. They were telling me I needed very costly repairs that were not needed. I called the manufacturer of my plumbing fixtures and they told me I was being ripped off. The manufacturer forwarded me to a certified plumber who charged me only $200 when Smith wanted $5000. If you dont ask a lot of questions or say you want to think about it, you will get stuck with a huge bill. Theyre very aggressive at wanting to be paid now in cash. Look elsewhere.

I highly recommend Smith plumbing. I had a broken pipe in a house in the west valley on the weekend. I called several plumbers and Smith Plumbing was one of two that returned my calls. Out of those two, Smith Plumbing was the only one who could fulfill their promise for same day service. Steve (the plumber) was there 15 minutes after he called me back. He did an excellent job with the repair for a very reasonable price. He finished the job quickly, was very professional and was easy to work with. Great job Steve from Smith Plumbing!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!! TOOK ALMOST 5 HOURS TO SHOW UP... DIDNT EVEN FIX THE ISSUE & HAD TO PAY $150 FOR SOMETHING WE COULD HAVE JUST RENTED AT HOME DEPOT FOR A COUPLE OF DOLLARS!! JUST ALL THE WAY AROUND BAD EXPERIENCE!! SHOP AROUND DONT CALL THEM!!!

I was charged a 175 service fee. Do yourself a favor and call other plumbers in the Tempe area. This service charge is substantially higher than other plumbers charge. As a real estate agent I will not be recommending to coworkers or clients.

Great service. Came out for an after hours call. Plumber, Mike Clark, arrived right when he said he would and did a very thorough job. Will definitely call them for future plumbing needs!
