They might know a lot about plumbing and have low prices, but if you have something to return watch out. Two guys literally ganged up on my husband and treated him like he was being dishonest for trying to return a faulty tool. Wow the customer is never right in their book. These people in Utah are so self-righteous that they cant see past the end of their nose! Will never be going back. No one deserves that kind of treatment no matter what their pathetic excuse is.

I have always been happy with the service here. I had a 5 zone sprinkler system bid here last year. The plans and bid were done quickly and professionally without any upfront deposit. They had the best prices out of several places we tried. We wouldnt hesitate to do a sprinkler system with them again. Since then, I have gone in many times for household plumbing and sprinkler needs. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I tried this place to get some advice on parts for a plumbing project that I havent done before. The staff is awesome! All are friendly and seem to be very knowledgeable. They have quality parts and the know how. The best part was when I went back for a new chrome set for the tub they had the best selection and had better prices than Home Depot. I will be back for any plumbing parts that I need.

BJs is terrific. I used to go to the big box stores like lowes or home depot, but you can spend hours looking for help and parts, and inevitably you have to go back for something different. Not with BJs. You show up, tell them what problem youve got, and they give you the correct part. Fast, reliable, brilliant! I wish they offered psychological counseling along with their plumbing advice.

These guys are Awesome! They know their stuff! After going to 4 other stores closer to where we live, and getting nothing but call the manufacturer. These guys were willing to take the time to solve my problem. All it took was a phone call and EXCELLENT customer service! I will be a returning customer! Every time I go to Lowes or Home Depot, it not only takes hours, but its nearly impossible to find help and I always leave with the wrong stuff. Every time Ive gone to BJs, theyve been able to find exactly what Ive needed, and Im never there more than a few minutes. They are very helpful, and its a great experience every time.

Thanks for helping with the Pfister plumbing parts I needed for the shower Faucets that have not been secure for way to long. With your help the showers in our home are safe and I dont have to worry about the handles falling on a childs head during bath time. I wish I had come to you guys five or six years ago.

All the sales people at BJs Plumbing know there stuff. You can get the same quality Plumbing supplies carried be placed like mountain land but not spend 45 minutes trying to get something like a sprinkler coupler and talk to people who have experience in the field.

Unlike your giant hardware stores, BJ Plumbing Supply has knowledgeable employees for any plumbing situation that you will run into. I personally use them for all of my plumbing and sprinkler needs. I have always been a satisfied customer.

These guys are knowledgeable, and, depending on the product, at times cheaper than home depot. But I mostly like them because you can ask questions about stuff (even dumb questions) and they have guys there to answer them.
