The Management at this company is horrible. I was not shocked when I read the other reviews. Dont bother complaining to Susanne she will yell at you. She could care less if you are unhappy. When I complained she threatened to speak poorly of my in our community and hung up on me. The club was recently update but they forgot to upgrade the management. Park City MARC is half the price and better facility top that off with amazing management. Steer clear of Silver Mountain and Susanne.
