Ive been coming to this location for a year now. It opened in the fall of 2015, so its one of the newer locations in the valley. Theres free Wi-Fi here, so guests wont need to be concerned using up data while at the gym. On Fridays, you can bring in 1 friend to workout with you during the hours of 10-4 as long as they fill out a liability waiver. This is the only spot I have found so far in the east valley that have flat bench and incline bench press stations. There is good spacing between stations to where you wont feel uncomfortable being too close to another person working out. There is a group exercise room with a schedule showing all available classes for the month, including yoga. The only thing I feel is missing is more are a couple more back exercise machines. Other than that, Ive had no issue coming in for a workout.

Well-equipped Jim everything was clean and in good condition. My only complaint is that they only had about eight TV channel choices

My favorite gym never busy and the people are always great. I just wish they had a punching bag lol
