I had purchased a coupon from Groupon and scheduled an appointment for a day 2 weeks away. On the day of the appointment, my number was blocked and whole day I was getting redirected to a filled voice mail INBOX. No one had bothered to turn up or at least inform me, they they have decided not to honour their appointment. Even when the Groupon team wanted to see if they could setup an appoint again, these guys did not bother to respond. My suggestion is stay away from this team. Zero professionalism.

Ive been trying to call these guys for the last 5 days to get an appointment. the line goes straight to voicemail.. and then.. the mailbox is full. I have called 2-3 times each day at different times. I cant leave a message for them to call me back. Oh, and their website looks like GoDaddy reclaimed the domain. am I to think youre not in business anymore?

Im guessing these guys are out of business. They are not answering their phones and you cant leave a message because the mailbox is full. They put in a new A/C unit for me a year ago and its already not cooling the house. Very frustrated that I cant get ahold of them.
