Not sure why this company doesnt have better reviews. They came out to fix my water heater in Dec 16 through a home warranty. They were prompt, professional and did a thorough job, including cleaning up after themselves. Had to call again today because there was water around the base of the water heater. Turns out they were able to diagnose the problem immediately and offer a comparably inexpensive solution. I had also called Neerings & Manwill that quoted me 20-30% more for the same job. Based on my two experiences with Captain Plumbing I think they are honest, reliable and do a good job. Ive saved their number in my phone so I will call them for all my plumbing needs!

Captain Plumbing is a great company. I have used them multiple times to clear drains in my house. They even helped my mother with her water heater. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a plumber who will do it right the first time and not charge you an excessive price. The plumbers are always kind and polite and take time to explain to you what the issue is. Great company. Thank you Captain Plumbing for always being there when I needed you!

Captain Pipe and Drain, we were having a major problem with our tub and toilet backing up and overflowing. Nathan came out and did an excellent job unclogging both of them in a very timely and professional manner, and for a great price. Water heater went out one night and called my home warranty. They sent this company out. Chris was FABULOUS. He quickly diagnosed that it needed to be replaced, got the part and got it all set up by 3pm-in time for my dinner party that evening. The company was communicative and great to work with. And although I didnt pay for it, their rates seemed reasonable.

They fixed my sink the very next day after calling them. My previous plumber made three trips out here and never fixed my sink. They didnt leave a mess either, unlike the other plumbers. Nathan came out to my house and cleared my kitchen sink in a matter of minutes. He also gave me some advice on how to avoid future problems. We havnt had any problems since. THANK YOU CAPTAIN PIPE AND DRAIN!

After waiting a week for an appointment, Captain Plumbing got demoted to Private Plumbing. They cancelled twice and I opted for another company. Unacceptable. They shouldnt be in business.

Warning.... I had these guys over to install some fixtures. They didnt know what they were doing. Screwed up my plumbing, floor, and electrical. Cost me thousands... nightmare.
