I have had Towers do a few things for me over the past year: 1- replaced my water main. 2- repaired my stop and waste for my sprinkler system. 3- replaced my water heater. Each experience was positive and their employees have all been very nice to deal with. They have been clean and dont leave garbage or scrap materials around and arrive when they say they will. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Murray area.

We called for a plumbing issue and made an appointment for today. My parents waited 6 hours and heard nothing from them. I called them after the long wait and he told me that they tried to call twice in a matter of 12 minutes of each other. He told me it was our fault for going to lunch from 2:00-3:00. They had waited 6 hours. The plumber didnt even leave a message to let us know they had called. Worse customer service ever!

They did one small water main connection project and price seemed high and quality low. I have asked them for bids on multiple projects, and only received promises to get them to me next week. Spending the time to meet them on site and help them understand the project is not trivial, but they still cant manage to get an estimate to me. They seem to think my time is of little value.

These guys are awesome! I had a leaky bathtub handle that I had no idea how to fix. They sold me the correct piece, and let me borrow a tool to install it. The employees are SO helpful, and know how to fix every problem. I highly recommend them!
