Plumbing Plus assisted us with a broken copper pipe under our concrete floor - we found the leak, opened a very small hole in the floor, repaired it, replaced the concrete and only 1 tile! You cant tell any work was done. We also found a broken sewer pipe (again under our concrete), we removed just enough floor to access and repair it, replaced the concrete and the problem was solved - no further trouble. We recommend Plumbing Plus without reservation. They can help, and they do great work - without destroying your home.

Incredible customer service that was extremely informative and professional. I spoke with an individual who, over the phone, outlined a potential scenario of what was causing my sprinkler woes free of charge (another company wanted a 90 dollar consultation fee before even talking to me). I ended up doing the job on my own but Id just like to tell everyone how helpful and upfront these good people were with me. Thanks!

I dont think I have ever been more put off by a company. My original appointment was missed without warning which followed up to a 3-4PM appointment which was also not shown up for without warning. 2 times I was stood up by the same company without the decency to even text me saying they cant make it. I dont have endless days to wait around to be stood up by a plumbing company, I give up.

We had two prior bids for sewer line repair, both said we needed to dig in the street at a cost in five figures. Paul came out on a Sunday to meet me, suggested that may not be the case. He camerad the next day and proposed a polyethylene patch, no digging. Repair has been completed effectively at far lower cost. Everyone was outstanding to work with. Highly recommended!

They didnt do everything perfectly, in my rental house, but they responded when I needed them and communicated with me on a regular basis. I live out of state and needed work done without my being able to be on location. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Awesome! Thank You So Much! First time customer, bath tub valve that wouldnt shut off, had someone on their way immediately, fast, professional, personable and out my door in no time at all. Tightened the valve in my basement, re-started my hot water heater. Im good to go, what a relief. On my list of Who To Call in the future.
