I called Apple on monday 2-10-14 because I woke up and my garage was full of water. Turns out my water heater had been slowly rotting on the bottom, and it finally just broke. They were able to come out same day, and in a few hours I had a brand new water heater. Water heaters arent cheap to replace, but I did my research and their price was very very reasonable and affordable. The plumber called me when he was on the way, and was very polite and professional. He didnt leave me a big mess to clean up afterwards either, which I appreciated. I hope I dont have to call a plumber again for a long time, but If I do, I will call them again.

Apple Plumbing is the BEST ! My kitchen faucet was leaking under the sink. I called to schedule an appointment and they had someone to send the very next day. The plumber called me when he was on his way. He was very nice and made me feel comfortable with a stranger in my home. He assessed my problem then quoted me a fair price to repair. The job was done and he cleaned up his work area. He assured me that if there was any problem with the repair that he would return. Thank you

I came home from work and waited. They missed the appointment time..when I called THEM to ask why, they said, "We have no one available...YOU said you had flexibility, so we were PLANNING to call you to reschedule..." (after the appointment time)... Any company that STARTS by blaming the customer for their failures should not be coming into your home for ANY service..time for some customer service training, folks...

Apple Plumbing handled the installation of a new water heater today. They also dealt with the manufacturer on the warranty. Everything went smoothly and they were knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. I had called several plumbers in the valley and the customer service was terrible until I found Apple Plumbing - they were great!
