10 NEGATIVE STARS! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TAKING YOUR CAR TO THEM! I went to get an estimate on my vehicle after making an appointment and was told "it would be 4 to 6 weeks before they would even look at it", AFTER I GOT THERE!!! The woman at the counter was incredibly RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She acted like I was bothering her just by being there. Then NOT ONE OF THE WORTHLESS S.O.Bs would lift a finger to help me get it off the trailer. FIVE of them standing around the entire timeline!!! THEY LITERALLY STOOD THERE AND WATCHED ME. Then little Ms. "Your bothering me" came out with her little marker and started drawing and writing pre-existing on my vehicle. There was NO damage at all on my vehicle before the accident. She said "thats rusty. Its pre-existing." I said NO its not! It took me almost a week to get an appointment for you to look at it. I wiped my finger on the "rust" and it came off. WOW! That is blatantly DISHONEST on their part!! The only reason there was any surface "rust" was because of the salt on the roads and how long it took for them to set an appointment. She obviously doesnt know what the hell shes talking about so why is she out there with her attitude and her little marker. Needless to say they were rude, unhelpful and dishonest. Now THAT is "great customer service"??? No one that I talked to, that had work done here, would recommend them. Everyone had issues with the way they were treated. Ask around for yourselves. It looks to me like the employees are writing the positive reviews.

Im actually surprised reading some of these other reviews because I had a great experience with this Abra location! Cindy Walsh was the one who took care of my claim and she was amazing! I originally called on Thursday the 11th to see when I could bring my car in. They scheduled me to bring it Tuesday the 16th. I took it in and Cindy knew who I was. I brought my two year old daughter and Cindy had toys for her to play with. Cindy explained everything to me and it was straight forward and clear. She got me set up with a rental car company and I got to drive a 2017 dodge journey! (my car is a 2004 Nissan maxima so it was so nice having a brand new car). Cindy stayed in touch with me the whole time they had my car and communicated various info. I picked my car up two days later (today the 18th!) They were very professional and effecient. Although I wouldnt have minded having the rental car longer because I loved it so much lol. I needed a brand new bumper and to have the grill reattached. Not only did they do those two things but I was over joyed to find out they had washed my car and cleaned the inside (which was loooong over due!) I was not expecting them to do that and it looked amazing! Seriously the inside had so much garbage and random half eaten food from my toddler. One last reason why Cindy is amazing is because she stayed a little bit after hours so I could pick up my car after work. Im glad my insurance company recommended them and I would gladly go back

Recently, we totaled our vehicle and luckily, it got sent here because my insurance recommended them and boy am I glad that we listened to them. During the process of handling everything that comes up when you total a car, Robin and Cindy helped us with any questions and concerns that we had at the time. The customer experience at this Abra is absolutely impeccable. You would not expect such personal interaction from such a large and well-known company but the customer service is probably how they made it to where they are today. We were treated with respect and kindness and each time I called or stopped by, I always got the feeling that they actually care about me. At Abra, you really feel like you are an actual person getting ACTUAL help and not just a number or a work order. I recommend Abra, this location in particular, to anyone who might have went through what we went through or any other auto body or glass need. This is an honest review from a real person. I really want people to know where to get good help and service and not get pushed around by those other shops.

Absolutely horrible! Dont ever take your vehicle here. My husband was involved in in an accident 5 months ago, and we took his truck here at the recommendation of our insurance company in order to speed up the claims process. We have had to replace every single part they put on, even down to a tire. They even put one part in upside down. Several of these things were major safety issues and could have been catastophic life threatening failures had they gone out on the freeway and not on the surface streets like they did. Please dont gamble with your life by taking your vehicle to these incompetent morons.

We take all of our vehicles to this particular ABRA Auto Body Shop. We love the honesty, and the quality. We know that if we take it to them they will make it look as if we just drove off the show room floor. Cindy Walsh is amazing at making things move smoothly. Leland Thompson is nice to work with and they both wants you to be happy before you leave. They both ask questions and walk around the vehicle with you before the work and at the end of the job. This is the shop to go to if you want it done right the first time. As always a BIG thank you to both of you!

If I could give this a 0 rating I would. I scheduled an appointment to have my car fixed and was told to come in March 1st before 4 p.m. I came in to drop off my car and they didnt have any record of my appointment and told me that they couldnt keep my car there and that they were really booked out. The lady "helping me" was rude the entire time and never once apologized. Long story short this was a big waste of my time. Im sure the good reviews come from friends, family, and or employees. Im also shocked they are "booked out".

Cindy and Robyn were fantastic to work with --they got me in sooner than we had originally scheduled, made additional phone calls to work with three separate claims, and even with the Thanksgiving holiday still had me out on time. The updates I received during the process were great, and I would absolutely work with them again (but hopefully won t have to!) My Equinox looks brand spankin new!

I took my car there after a car accident(I got hit on the drivers side ) and I took it into a mechanic for cracking noises and they told me my control arm is missing pieces and the wrong parts on the drivers side! I got lucky nothing happened during my transportation !! Worse place ever

Got there, and was told that they would have to schedule me for an estimate over a month out. Not get my car fixed mind you, just to spend 3 minutes to look at the car. Who knows how many months out to get it fixed. If youre planning on getting your car fixed this year dont come here.
