Zach gave me the best haircut Ive ever had - hands down. Why did I ever stop going to a barber? Ill never stop now. Best fade Ive ever had. Ive noticed the other barbers there and how they cut and they take the time they need to give everyone an awesome haircut. They dont rush like other places that, when you leave, you ask, "Now why did I go there?" I will never go to another barber now that Ive found Another Level Barbershop. These guys are legit - the real deal. My wife wasnt the only one who complimented my haircut. I had friends and people at work who noticed and asked where I got such a great fade.

this is hands down the best barbershop in salt lake city. my son and husband both go here, I wish I could rate it more then five stars. that staff is amazing and so go at what they do. the owner Arthur is a remarcable person and definitely knows good customer service. I highly recommend going to this place. and there music choices are the best not borring or stale like all the other shops around the city. thank you another level

After reading the other positive reviews of the place I decided to pop in and check it out. I needed my undercut trimmed up and a new design. Arthur spent the time necessary to perfect my design and it was the best one Ive had yet! It was a pleasure chatting with him, and you can tell these guys really care about their craft, and supporting one another. I would absolutely recommend this shop to others!

These guys are really good at what they do. Its definitely on the pricier end though. If you go, you should be really straight forward with what haircut you ask for because they will automatically assume you want the "another-level" haircut sometimes, which is more expensive and time consuming. And some of us just want to get a basic cut and be on our way. They do a great job though.

Experienced bad customer service from Mike. The shop was opened late. When Mike arrived and opened the door he did not say one word to me. I followed in behind him and again was not acknowledged. No Ill be with you in a moment, nothing. I sat on couch and waited a couple more minutes for a word. I asked him his name and left. Will never go back to this shop again.

Worst haircut i ever received. Poor customer service, and barbers are terrible. Thought it was just me being picky until my brother had the same issue happen to him. I definitely recommend using this shop as a last resort; actually youre probably better off calling Stevie Wonder. Honestly cant find any good things to say about this shop. Maybe good music.

One of the best places to get a haircut, Colby does awesome work, takes his time to get every detail right. Its best to make an appointment by calling before although wakings are always welcome if you get in while they are busy you might wait an hour to 2 hours. Other than that I will continue to go there!
