I have been going to Sanctuary Day Spa for five years. The hair stylist I go to is very personable and does a great job when I go to get my hair cut. Also, this spa has lots of message therapists so if you would like a message at the last minute they are able to accommodate 80% of the time. I really like the women at the front desk who are there to greet you. When I arrive for my appointment they are good about getting something for me to drink and offering me a place to sit. They almost always call to confirm my appointment the day before and have always been polite and to the point. Whenever I have questions about their products someone is almost always there to answer them. I have been buying my facial products here simply because I can get good unbiased advice about lots of products that claim to do the same things but dont. These specialists know the differences and I have had the time to feel and see the results on my face. Please dont let there be any doubts about this place...they are professional, kind, knowledgeable, helpful and interested in making your experience at the spa the best they know how.

I cant give this girl enough credit for how talented she is... You need Kellie Messick to be doing your hair. She is beyond talented and also so kind and genuine. I searched and searched for about 5 years trying to find someone who would cut/color/style my hair the way that I had dreamed and it honestly seemed impossible. When I went to Kellie she blew me away. My hair is perfect every single time I visit her. She spoils you during your color with cheese and crackers! She listens and gets a perfect image of what you want and honestly creates it for you. She keeps you informed of all of her steps and what products she is using. You leave feeling pampered, gorgeous and full of confidence! I mean your hair really is your best accessory! Go visit her ASAP! She honestly will change your life! (And I am REALLY hard to please!)

What has happened to this place? This used to be a great spa/salon to go to. Quite honestly the only reason I still come here is out of loyalty to my esthetician. The man who works the front desk is always helpful and pleasant. But recently every time I come in Im "helped" by one of the front desk girls who make it very clear that customer service is the least of their concerns. They are incredibly rude and unprofessional. There is clearly no management in this spa. Otherwise the girls wouldnt sit around stuffing their faces and gossiping & complaining right in front of customers. Dont waste your time at this spa. It is money wasted.

Wife and I had a fantastic couples massage at Sanctuary. The spa is very well maintained, smells great, very friendly people, and relaxing. The room where we had our massage had a great glowing star ceiling. We got a nice foot massage to start and then we did got our massage. Then they had a giant whirlpool in the massage room ready for us to soak in after our massage and they gave us a chocolate fondue (which my wife loved). It was a great experience overall. Thanks for making our anniversary special Sanctuary.

Ive been to all 3 of their locations, but this one is by far my favorite. I was there today and received what was seriously one of the TOP 5 MASSAGES I have ever had. Emily was awesome. I dont usually like changing therapists, but what a treat. Located inside Southtowne Mall you would never guess this WORLD CLASS SPA existed. My wife is a regular there for facials and I enjoy the Pedicures and Massage. I would highly recommend this Spa, especially if your lucky enough to have Emily work on you!

My wife & I went here for a Valentines Day massage and LOVED IT! I have had a massage in the past from a different place and Sanctuary does not try go steal time from you. They gave us the full 60 minutes, plus a little extra time. The service was great and the employees were happy to be there on a 3 day weekend. We will be returning within the next year or so! (tight budget)

it is just a bunch of girls with bad attitudes! the whole time I was there they were just stuffing their faces with food, and gossiping only saying horrible things about other people and i heard a lot of complaining!! the end result was horrible I have to have my hair fixed asap! I couldnt believe how many short cuts were takin! dont go here! its full of lazy complainers

THE WORST IN UTAH!!! If I could give a -100 I will !!! horrible service the front desk very unprofessional and rude, they charge too much for a mediocre service, when you arrive on time they will make you wait up to an hour but if for any reason you arrive 10 minutes late they will not take you!! DO NOT GO THERE SERIOUSLY, NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Terrible service, The front desk manager lies and gossips about other employees to customers. There are a few good people working there but their names are tainted by the overall terrible customer service. Ive heard about illegal things going on with some of the female massage therapists. Do not go to Sanctuary it is a total rip off.

Odd location for a "spa." You get all the noise of the mall and the guys across at the Footlocker. And you hear the silly train!!! Not very tranquil spa sounds. They have different styles of music playing from traditional spa to rap . . . annoying. And I had to wait 1/2 hour for a 1/2 hour appointment!!! Hmm . . . .

Great atmosphere. My husband and I got a couples package messages. I wasnt impressed with my message or the refreshments. My therapist kept coughing the whole time and was afraid to touch me. However my husband said he had a good message. I wouldnt say it was worth $210 + tax. More like $150 including tax.

my friend was given an $80 gift card for a massage and they would not honor the gift card and charged him for the service. This is the second time that I know the service to be poor, the treatment was good but the service is terrible. I will no longer recommend this spa to anyone.

I sent two of my friends here for the hot stone massage. Alicia had a great experience with her therapist and joylynns was awful. She said it was not enjoyable at all,and she felt like she had nothing done. It was expensive for me and I was sad to learn of her experience

Great spa, but they NEVER answer their phone! Its a joke trying to get ahold of them to schedule something. I always end up calling over 10 times trying to get someone on the phone.
