I just moved into the state and wanted to give a close salon a shot. I asked to have a layered look like I already had just a good few inches of the length taken off(I had hair past the middle of my back). My hair now is barely past my shoulders and all my layers are at the bottom 2 inchesof my hair, so I have a crappie bob cut. Also I had asked her to thin my hair and she messed that up too. Now when I pull my hair back I have hair sticking out all over because she thinned my hair at to close to my scalp.

I had an unexperienced stylist who couldnt curl my hair (blaming my hair then her iron) still charged me more than what other fantastic sams charge. Stylist checked me out My credit card showed a different amount too so make sure you ask for a copy of your receipt and check ur cc statements .. manager was kind enough to arrange a refund after asking me if I left a 14$ tip for the stylist (which I didnt).

I asked for a voliouge technique on my hair and the lady that did my hair did a really bad job. She was rude and didnt even apply enough product. I didnt even get the desired color. Really bad expierience dont recommend it. Would give it 0 stars if i could.

I asked for a side bang trim that started at my cheek bone. The stylist cut my bang so short that it is now an inch from my scalp 3/4 of the way up my forehead!!!!!!
