Horrible customer service. I went in on my way home from work since their door clearly states "walk-ins welcome" and just wanted to have some highlights toned that I had done at another salon. Two of the ladies came up to the front and one started asking me what I wanted done while having candy In her mouth. Was very rude in her manner of speaking to me. Nobody was able to help me and I felt like they were being rude because I only wanted my hair toned and they thought they would not be able to charge me tons of money. CLEARLY I was looking for a better salon to start going to. You guys are in the customer service business so you should be more courteous to people wanting to become a customer. Will not be going back there to try and get my hair done. If I could rate no stars Instead of one I would.

For the first time in my life Im finally committed to one hair stylist. Been going to the same girl for over a year now, and I love her. I love the atmosphere in this salon. Everybody is friendly. Not to mention- Its clean and always smells amazing. If youre serious about your hair and want a good stylist with experience, this is where Id recommend you find one.

It is the worst place ever I went there and my hair was very long and thik and Merci cuts it very very short and i told her I want it the same length and the same width and she still cuts it very short and it was very thin . I hate this place and she made my hair looks awful

Dont believe the negative comments; this place is great- very friendly and professional. The salon is very clean, and products are up-to-date. They have been in business a long time, and have a loyal customer base. I highly recommend them to others.

horrible and rude owners ans staff....RACIAL as HELL.i just moved to this city stopped by this salon...i walked in no one ever asked what I needed so I asked a staff member about services and she said WE DONT SERVICE YOUR KIND HERE......NEVER GO HERE
