Do not ever go to these people. They make u sign a paper that does detail that they are not responsible if they mess up on ur hair. And they tend to make u sign it during the process of working on ur hair. Also, they dont listen to what u want or show them what u want. Also, they are overly priced. They will say one price but at the end, it comes up to almost 4 or 5 times more. These girls are not expirenced and just because they went to school, doesnt mean they paid attention. U might as well go to a big name place cuz they be worth it. Also, 1 star isnt low enough for these girls. They are easily one of the wasted business for our economy.

I went in for a cut and color. I decided to be the guinea pig ☺ and try out a new color line they have and when all was done, cut and blow dry, I was very very happy with the results. I have Heather handle my hair every time I go in and Im always happy with the results.

Older skinny lady was opening at 1015 and said she was to swamped to cut my hair. After shopping for 20 min I walked back by and she was sitting behind the register playing on her cell phone not a single person in or around the shop

Only one person attending and she likes to talk a lot, so when she says 20 minute wait, is unrealistic, most probably it will be 40+ minutes per client ahead of you. Such a good location, such a bad service.
