Huge wait, we were told it was going to be an hour wait with 3 people ahead of us....that was a huge lie! It was more like 6 people and after waiting for 1 & 1/2 we left....we still had 3 people ahead of us. They only had 2 people to do hair...which was really ridiculous for a weekend day! I will never go back, which is sad since I have going there for years with no problems!

I have been coming to this salon for awhile now. Theyre always clean and very friendly. I get so many compliments on my color all the time. Tanya is the one to go to! They usually have great deals on their services or their products so I always end up buying something extra. The rewards points are awesome too.

Unlike other walk-in salons, Ive never felt rushed at this Fantastic Sams, nor have my haircuts ever suffered from a hurry to move on to the next customer. My girl Dezy is a supportive listener who knows how to take my ideas and offer suggestions of her own so I get the best haircut possible.
