Took my son for a haircut for school. This location was not busy at all and we got right in as one of the haircutters had just arrived on shift. I explained to her how he likes his hair and that he likes it long enough on top to apply his Jonny B Mode hair gel that we buy from Supercuts! The hairdresser gave him a military cut. She didnt even put gel in his hair before she finished because there was no hair to put it in! Hairdressers need to listen closely and if someone mentions a product that you sell they especially need to make sure they use it during the appointment. Who knows, you might even get a sale out of it and get me to buy another bottle of gel during my visit?! I own a pair of clippers at home I couldve done this cut myself so I wasted my money. my son is really bummed and is wearing a hat everywhere because he hates his hair a week before he starts seventh grade. I did not have a good experience and would not recommend this place, but maybe one of the other hairdressers there wouldve done a lot better.

I just got the worst haircut in my life at this place. I showed the girl a picture of a simple mans haircut. She looked at it for maybe half of a second and assured me that she knows exactly how to do it. I could tell while she was cutting my hair that she was doing it wrong but I figured it couldnt be too bad. When I got home and looked in the mirror the next morning, the backside was a disaster. She had shaved my hair about 2 inches above my natural hairline in the back and it was crooked. This girl said she had been cutting hair for 2.5 years at this location so she was definitely not new. I am very dissapointed and will never cut my hair at this place again.

Its Supercuts. You walk in. They cut hair. There is one employee, who I believe is a manager at another location, who fills in. She blatently lied to me about taking appointments. I needed to have something specific done, and had a time crunch so I called ahead and asked. She assured me I had an appointment with a stylist she named, but when I got there, that stylist was off, they did not take appointments, and were ill equipped for what Id been told would be no problem. The saving grace was Cee Cee, a new girl, who was wonderful. She did her best to salvage the situation and did a great job.

Went in, checked in, waited for my turn, the young lady, blonde, heavy set with a tie dye shirt skipped my son and i twice, the second time for a personal friend, never even acknowledged us during these blatant jumps in line, then let us leave without saying a thing. Absolutelt awful service and unprofessional atmosphere, strongly recommwnf against this location.

Terrible service. Set up an appointment to get military haircut and when I show up to an empty store. I am told they are all booked, even after explaining I had an appointment made I was told a mistake was made and I could not be seen As a service member I can not recommend this store

I havent gotten a haircut in a few years and was worried about getting my hair cut let alone a bad one. The stylists there were very nice and asked for my input throughout the hair cut. I was very satisfied with the results. Overall, Im excited about my nice fresh cut. :D

Asked for long on top short on the sides and back. Got the complete opposite with short on top and long on sides and back. Do not go here as they would rather chat than even listen to you.

Got here 15 minutes before closing my son just wanted a mow hawk nothing major they could have gotten us in. They tuneed us away. Dont recommend..

They refused to cut our childrens hair sighting liability issues, but it felt a lot more like the girl just didnt want to deal with kids.
