Ive officially learned my lesson against visiting these quantity over quality hair stylists. It is worth the extra few bucks to visit a salon that does not pride itself on getting people in and out of the chair as quickly as possible. Ive avoided these places for years because of this, but recently moved into the area and decided to give it a try. In the past I learned to be as specific as possible and provide photos. That I did. I did not expect that 15 minutes could do so much damage, but this shop exceeded my expectations in the worst way possible. I had Charmaine, who could probably see that it wasnt going well, so she tried to wrap it up as quickly as possible. She was preoccupied listening in to the other stylists conversations and as soon as another customer walked in, I was kicked out of her chair within minutes. I read previous comments regarding the low level of service, but was swayed when I saw that Robert (owner) was reaching out to dissatisfied customers to invite them back as the salon was under new management and hired more stylists. I provided a photo and I was specific with what I wanted, and still received a cookie-cutter haircut that was done in 10 minutes. She jumped the gun and started chopping and my hair got butchered. If I had it my way, this place would be footing the bill for a professional to fix it. I am never going back to this Supercuts again, or any Supercuts for that matter.

Wow - some "reopening". I went in for a haircut, was told a 15 minute wait, waited for 30 without acknowledgement. Then as Im sitting in the waiting room, some apparent regular customer calls in and requests an appointment and they place his name ahead of mine on the video waiting board. Needless to say I walked out. Looking forward to seeing how the new owner tries to sell the "new ownership" angle in this case.

I got the worst haircut of my life... I had long hairs sticking out of the side of my hair..my side burns are completely off. This is the worst place Ive been to. Id never go here. This place is awful.

I dont get the bad reviews. We have been bringing the family to this location for years and have never a bad haircut. Doesnt seem to matter who the stylist is, they all do a good job.

Awful. The older lady chopped my moms hair and when she told her about her cowlic, she gave my mom a nasty look. Dont go here. Not worth the cheap prices.

I have made two reservations and even with the reservation, I wait at least 30 minutes after the appointment time. Dont bother not worth the wait.
