Not sure what the one star reviews are really about. I have been coming here for a few years now, when they were on the west side of the complex. Anyway, I am happy with my cuts, the blends, and so on. Compared to places that time the staff and they have to kick a cut out the door in 12 minutes or less...I love it here. If you dont like it, talk to the manager, theyll fix any bad haircut, just ask. You dont have to get the same person either. Dont expect this to run like a restaurant where you can come in just before close and get a table. They dont stay late because you cant make it in 30+ minutes before they close. I have been in on Saturday during a staff change, an hour wait is not abnormal no matter who does my hair...Supercuts, SmartStyle, Regis, Paul Mitchell, Dollar Cuts, Great Clips, done them all! I love the quality, price, suggestions, cleanliness, friendliness of everyone at this location. Be a good customer and theyll give superb service with a smile. :) Thank you Fantastic Sams for being my preferred place for all these years!!!

This location is extremely inefficient and a waste of time. I dropped my wife off for a normal cut at 11am. There were plenty of hair stylists on the clock and she was told it would be about a 30 minute wait. She ended up sitting there for over an HOUR AND 20 MINUTES. Eventually we just ran out of time and had to get home. There was even one stylist there who looked like she was just burning time until the end of her shift, taking 30 minutes on one child hair cut and folding towels for ages. Dont waste your time at this place, there are plenty other quality locations to choose from. Disappointing...

I just wanted to tell you that I was at Fantastic Sam for the service Cyndi gave me and the fantastic job, but I was terribly unhappy when I showed Rachael the haircut I wanted but she cut my hair completely. .and for how it dried my hair was an unprofessional disaster, this is not right! The improperessions of employees should not be underestimated because customers will always be unhappy with your work!

Poor cut, the stylist (Whitney) had no idea how to blend (Not trying to be mean, just truthful). The people right before us were massively upset at her for the quality of her cut, we were worried when we got the same stylist. Turns out they were right. Now he has an unusual unblended line around his head at the midline. Probably will not be back here.

Well first of all the manager there is very disrespectful to her employees. I went to this amazing hair stylist named Charlene but then I found out she got fired, she was the same only reason I was still going there. I wont be coming back to this salon and will take my business elsewhere

Very kind staff. 8/10 for actual haircut. They washed my hair, which was nice. They used a straight razor for my neck, which was kinda cool. The only bad part was the wait. Took an hour to get in. But she did mention less wait times between 1-4pm. Will go again.
