I did a drop in for 2 days while I was in town. This is a great box and the coaches and community are amazing. Had the opportunity to do 17.1 while I was there and the encouragement I received from everyone was amazing! I will be dropping back in when I am town. Thanks again CrossFit Helo for the wonderful experience!

I was shocked to see someone put a one star! I love this gym. When I first started coming I didnt know anybody, and now it feels like my second family!! The coaches are the best part of this gym. They really take the time to get to know you individually.
