This review is not about the buildings because those are great. The reason for the 1 star is the Café 450 that is there at Marina Heights. They have raised their already high prices again. Today I got 3 chicken strips and what would be the equivalent of a fry from in and out and spent 10 dollars. The 3 chicken strips were 6 dollars and the frys were 3.50. They need to lower their prices if they are going to give such little amount of food. Several of the employees have complained about the prices that I spoke to also but they blame it on the expensive rent they have to pay and say that is why the food is so expensive. I will not be going there anymore and will not recommend anyone to go there either. The food is not worth the price, plenty of other places near by.

This is an excellent business center--a great place to work, with convenient parking, great amenities (with more coming as its completed), incredible views, and amazing security staff. Non-State Farm employees: paid parking is available for events at ASU (Marina Heights is actually on-campus, and is right across the street from the stadium). Theres a Starbucks and a cafeteria (Cafe 450) on-site, with another restaurant due to open soon. There will also be a gym and an urgent care center when the facilitys fully finished.

I love mountainside, but this one is really small! Has a majority of what youre looking for, but no tvs on a majority of their treadmills unlike the other mountainsides Im used to, and no room for wall balls in the CoreFit area. But besides that, the gym is modern and clean, beautiful views of the lake, great equipment (especially the iFit incorporation on some treadmills) and steam room in the locker rooms is great too.

This was a Marina Heights review but Mountainside Fitness has since overtaken this map location and taken over a bunch of good reviews. You can also see the number of people here by hour doesnt make sense for a gym. All of the other photos by users are of the Marina Heights complex and the reviews dont mention a gym at all.

You can only workout for two hours or they will charge you parking. The facility is a maze and has minimal equipment. Very disappointing. Steam room smells like mold and the showers literally have green all over them. They dont care about the customer experience they care about making money. Period

Very modern and well designed facility. This welcome work environment has great landscaping and good views of the city. The food in the cafe is of good quality and more features are being added. Definitely recommend swinging by, even if you are not a State Farm Employee.

Marina Heights is State Farms magnificent business complex. Its a beautiful spot to walk through while your are hanging out at the lake. Stop by for a cup of coffee at Starbucks, or have lunch at Matts Big Breakfast, its delicious.
