I live down the street and used to take my clothes here as a matter of convenience, but found a few very disturbing things... First, they press double creases and wrinkles in your clothes. After you get your clothes back though they are pressed, you still need to do some corrective ironing. Secondly and most importantly, they shrink your clothes. Ive taken shirts there on several occasions, specifically asking them to dry-clean not wash. After I get them back, some of the shirts have shrunk so much that the sleeves are too short for me to wear them anymore.. A complete waste. The well-to-do Korean family which owns and operates the cleaners appears pretty nice as they deal with customers in the front office. This is just a satellite drop off location for their business. After visiting another of their nearby drycleaners however, I saw that behind the scenes they use all Hispanic workers to do the cleaning. This is where they bring all the clothes to be cleaned. I dont have anything against anyone, but the product that comes out is NOT VERY GOOD- TERRIBLE. Business wise this system must work well for them, but it’s terrible for my clothes. I’ve trashed clothes with them for the last time, Im looking for a good drycleaners.

Great service but pricey - $2 per shirt and $8 for pants washed and pressed. The staff is friendly and the location is convenient, but over time the prices arent worth it. Im trying Potomac Cleaners at Seminary and Beauregard.

Best dry cleaners EVER! This is a family owned business and every one of them will bend over backward to provide their customers with above average service. Ive been going to them for four years and highly recommend them.
