DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I had a brand new dress that I had only worn once and they ruined it completely. I took it here to get cleaned because it was wrinkled and I was planning to wear it to an event the next evening. When I picked it up the man apologized and said the dress was ruined. He said there was a stain on it and they tried really hard to get out (this stain was not there when I brought it in. I know this because I inspected it and considered steaming it myself to get the wrinkles out). After a couple of minutes of explaining his tremendous effort to remove the stain (that they caused) he turned my dress over and there was a huge tear and rip on the bottom of it! It literally looked as if a dog decided it was a chew toy. He asked if I could "just cut the bottom off and make it shorter". The dress is mid-thigh length to begin with and more importantly I liked it the way it was! I dont want a shorter dress. Shortening it would make it inappropriate to wear to certain events. Worst experience ever! DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE.

I will never use this drycleaner again for a couple of reasons. First, Inconsistent Quality - I picked up my 4 shirts, 1 pant, 2 ties, and 3 blouses ($33.90) and half of the garments had pressed in creases, one crease right across the back of a shirt. One of the ties has a pull in the fabric down the side of the tie making it unwearable. Second, Charged for Services Not Received - I asked for heavy starch. It looks like they did use any starch. Third, Overpriced - I was charged three times the price for a blouse compared to a shirt which was different than the price quoted at drop off. When I asked the attendant about the extra cost he said, I have to pay more money because the shirt is smaller so it has to be hand pressed, but that is a lie, the real reason is that it is socially exceptable to price gouge womens clothes. In summary, I paid on outrageous price for service that was horrid to the point of damaging my clothes. I recommend to all continuing your search for a drycleaner.

NEVER GO HERE! I had a few things dry cleaned here while I was out of town. I didnt bother checking the items before I got home. After unpacking and putting away my clothes, I saw that a shirt that I had dry cleaned (made of mostly rayon fabric) had a weird lump type thing on the back. It appeared that the shirt had been sewn up and terribly at that. I was so upset but thought that I might be able to still wear it but then when I looked at the rest of the shirt, there were small penny-sized holes ALL OVER IT. And whats worse, is they knew that they ruined my shirt because they tried to fix the hole by sewing it up but they didnt even bother to tell me. AND THEY CHARGED ME TO HAVE IT DRY CLEANED STILL!!! I have pictures of my ruined shirt that I am going to try and post to try and make sure this doesnt happen to anyone else.

Great experience. I had a rush and they were able to get it done in time without issue. I was missing a button on my tux, but still had the bottom (useless) button. He pointed it out, and I asked if they had any buttons. They didnt and I made an off-hand comment about that I would just have to move the button with a sewing kit the next day before the event. I got the tux back and the button had been moved with no charge. Would definitely recommend!

Just speaking from my own experience— Ive been going there weekly for years, and the one time that an item of mine was damaged, the owner made it right. Theyre also friendly and have done a great job on both alterations and cleaning for me.
