Efficient and very reliable service. You pay for the convenience of having your laundry picked up and dropped off twice a week. For me, it is definitely worth it. Plus, all the Crest employees I have interacted with have been friendly, customer-service focused and a delight to deal with, both in their Kingstowne store as well as their delivery drivers. I have been using Crest for the past five years and could not be happier with their service - they have never let me down. The service and friendly attitude continues, whether via their great home-pickup/delivery service or whenever I go into the Kingstowns store - try it - you will not be dissapointed.

Fast service. They usually have my clothes back to me on the day promised or much sooner. I appreciate the text messages letting me know my order is ready to pick up. I believe everything is done in house at this location. They have several convenient options for getting the job done, you can drop off your clothes when the store is closed and they can also deliver them to your door when they are finished. This dry cleaners is high tech. Not sure if they have a phone app but they do put small bar code on the interior of each piece of clothing you give them to keep track of everything and it somehow magically stays on.

Ive used the Kingstowne location on several occasions and havent been disappointed yet. The staff is always cheerful and look like they enjoy their jobs. While CC is more expensive than other places, I dont mind paying extra. They use GreenEarth Cleaning for its dry cleaning service which is less harmful on your clothing meaning the clothes will last longer than if they were using harsh chemicals like perc. So, while you may pay more now for the dry cleaning service, youll end up saving money in the long run as you wont have to buy new clothes to replace clothes ruined by the old dry cleaning method.

Being new to the area, it was trial & error. Quickly I learned you get what you pay for. Yes, as mentioned in another review - you pay a bit more, but the results are worth it! Ive used this location of Crest Cleaners for the last 18 months. The staff at this location is top-notch! They are always professional, helpful and a pleasure. Most of them even remember who I am, as if Im the only customer they have. Now thats customer service! Kudos to the staff!!

They did a wonderful job on my window drape. It had a water stain on it, lady said just cleaning the stain would not come out. She suggested washing it also. What a great job. It worked. All the ladies there are friendly and treat me wonderful every time I go in. Just moved to the area and Crest Advanced Dry Cleaners is my new cleaners. Tried a couple others in the area and had issues with their cleaning.

Crest Cleaners is a local chain and I love this particular location. They do great work and I trust them with all my clothes. Theyre a little pricey, but its worth it to have cleaners you trust plus theyre always have coupons online or in the mail. The staff is friendly and very professional. Some of their other locations arent as great, unfortunately.

Everyone that works at this Crest is happy and greets me when I come in. The service is fast, and staff members like Daniel, know my name, and phone number so I can get in and out. I am so happy I have come back to Crest Cleaners. The quality of the cleaning is great too and I love that I can pick up same day with no extra charges.

This Crest Cleaners at 5866 Kingstowne Blvd is the best weve ever used. Great service, terrific employees. They do a great job on laundry and dry cleaning and on the rare occasion when there is a problem, correct it on the spot if possible. I highly recommend them over other neighborhood cleaners I tried in the past.

Ive used this location of Crest Cleaners for 6 years now and theyve always been great. The staff is more than friendly and helpful (one guy on staff actually remembers my name and telephone #!) and Ive never had any issues with taking my clothing here. Highly recommend.

I used the alteration service, not the cleaning service. I had some minor holes repaired in a pair of dress pants. They sent them to a different location, but I still had them back within a few days. The repair was well done and cost approximately $5 per hole.

Great consistent and affordable home pickup and delivery. Delivery guys are friendly. Love the coupons by email. Maybe a little more than local drop off service but the dependability of regular pickup and delivery outweighs the slight additional cost.
