I have used Crest Cleaners for about twenty years. They have been very reliable in terms of good clothes cleaning and having the clothes ready when promised. A few years ago we started using their home delivery service which has been wonderful. It is so helpful to have Daniel come by the house to pick up and drop off clothes without having to fit the cleaners in on errand days. This is a huge help, and Crest does not charge extra. Also they have coupons available on their web site. Every once in a while they send me a coupon in the mail too. When I have had an issue with any cleaning, which is very rare, they are always able to address the issue fairly. I highly recommend Crest Cleaners to my friends.

Top notch service! Weve been customers for 6 years and have never had a problem that could not be resolved. The manager, Kenneth, is the consumate professional. He is wonderful to work with and he has steadily built a staff that mirrors his service and professionalism. We could not be happier. We also appreciate Crest Cleaners attitude about green cleaning - ever ask them how they do it? You should. Its interesting and very cool. They re-cycle all of your extra hangers and have a neat, re-usable corner bag to store them in as you accrue your batch. Ask them for one - its free. Youll want one in every bedroom closet!

Kenneth and his staff at Traville treat every customer with the best service. Polite, professional. I have had them work two or more times to get stains out of shirts which they have happily done at no additional cost to me. I have had special garments treated with the utmost care. They remember my name each time and make me feel valued. Crest is not an inexpensive chain so if you are going to pay those prices then you want the service that goes along with it. And they deliver every time. I highly recommend Crest Cleaners, particularly the Traville Gateway location.

Crest provides good service and consistent quality in dry cleaning; we have been loyal customers for many many years, and still use them even though we are retired now, and dont have the same work-clothes volume as before. Love the drive through and automatic billing. That said, I never drop off without a coupon. If there is an issue, I always speak to a manager, and have never been unhappy with the result or compromise. Friendly, accommodating staff makes the transactions quite pleasant.

Kenneth and his staff are excellent. The pricing is comparable to other cleaners and the service is quite good. Our clothes are consistently delivered on time. If there is a problem, which is infrequent, the staff is always willing to remedy the error. We have been going to this location for 3+ years and are quite satisfied with the service. An added plus is the new eco-friendly processing used to clean clothes.

I asked one of the workers why they were so costly and his answer was... "We server a few very afluent clients here" Ok... sooo why does that meant 7.50 for a pair of dress pants and 2.75 for a shirt? That is ridiculous! They do have a drive thru for pick up, but would that not be akward pulling clothes thru the lil window? Nothing special and way over priced. You can get the same service anywhere else with half the cost

Nice people, overpriced, just spent WAY too long on the phone with Kenneth because I had been promised (over two weeks ago) that my husbands metal collar stays would be delivered with our next delivery of shirts. It never happened. Instead of just making sure it happened this time he talked and talked and finally asked me to come in and pick them up. For the prices we pay - this shouldnt have been such an ordeal.

We have been very pleased with Crest! The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. We love the fact that the dry cleaning is done in house and can be done same day if necessary. We also love the convenience of the drive through and the night drop.We do feel it is a little over priced, but I guess we are probably paying for quality and convenience. Well worth it.

Dear Crest Cleaners - By mistake I send in a white undershirt, what do you do? Clean it and screw me over for 7.25$ and call it a White Golf Shirt. All of your customers should stay clear of your services as you take every opportunity to screw someone over. (btw I been a customer 5 years and let it go the last time) but no more, you lost a customer.

Ken runs a very good shop! The employees are very efficient and polite. I enjoy using the drive through and save time with the automatic billing to my credit card. The prices are much higher than the low priced dry cleaners, but the clothes come out looking better. They send out coupons that help with the prices.

After seeing all the great recommendations from other customers I took my husbands and my dry cleaning there. The pricing is ridiculously high in a market where other chain cleaners advertise $2.29 for any garment and offer same day service as well. Exactly what am I getting in exchange for charging me $16 dollars for a sun dress? That was enough to take my hard earned dollars elsewhere 11/13/2016.
