Dropped off a jacket to have a small hole in the elastic cuff sewn up. Well these crooks took it upon themselves to replace both cuffs and the bottom hem of the jacket, THEN TRY to charge me $83 for it! I was expecting like $13 max, it was a tiny hole. So they were very rude to me, and refused to accept less than $73, and wouldnt give me my jacket back. So I had to be "that guy" and call Quantico police. The chief arrived and was able to talk him down to $63. For a tiny hole I could have (and should have) done myself. The best part? They didnt even do a good job. They left a while seam open on the left arm, so my elbow was just completely exposed. The stitching that they did replace was uneven and poorly done. This is a pathetic excuse for a cleaner/tailor. If you value your uniforms, clothing, wallet, or dignity, go elsewhere. Anywhere else.

My overall experience at Chois was a mix of good and bad. Pros: -Same day service, if you bring your garments early in the morning. -Cost is extremely fair, especially when it comes to alterations. -Chemical odor is nonexistent, as supposed to a lot of other dry cleaners i had previously dealt with (Zip Cleaners, Crest, etc). Cons: -There is a small parking lot next to the establishment, however, during the more busier hours, the lot does get filled up extremely fast. -There were instances where my garments were returned with some unattended stains (when mentioned to clean during drop-off), however, Mrs. Choi was very apologetic and offered to get it redone for me as soon as possible. Bit of a inconvenience. but I rather have everything done perfectly.

Fine job, never lose clothing. Very convenient for those that work on Base.
