This is the poorest-quality dry cleaners in Syracuse Ive ever been over the past 20 years! I took two jackets to them to be dry cleaned, but they damaged permanently one of them and did not appear to have cleaned the other either. They charge the highest rate in Syracuse and provide the poorest-quality service in town. I lost a $200 jacket because I wrongly trusted their service. To make it brief, they dont know their job and are extremely careless and inefficient!

Be Careful, dont use their service especially before holidays. They told me to pick my coat the night before Thanksgiving at 4:30pm but found them close and posted a little piece of paper saying theyll be closing at 3:30, once I came back after a week to pick up the coat, the girl on the desk said you supposed to expect us close early, I said the receipt says 4:30, she said Im sorry

Never had a problem with dry cleaning here, but recently used their was and fold service since I was in a bit of a laundry pickle..... NEVER AGAIN. All of my clothes strongly smelled like someone elses BO and I ended up having to wash everything again myself. Truly a waste of time and money.

They took my Brooks Brothers shirt and replaced it with a J. Crew, forging the ticket to make it look seem like it was mine so I could not get reimbursed or locate my shirt. It was a brand new shirt I had worn just once. Not doing business here again

I used to very like this store. But they did not return my Canada Gooses Collar fur. They lose it, and they dont contact me. I forgive you, and I really dont have time to come to your store many times, but I would never visit your store again.

My father went there for years, now I am. Great service. Always accommodating, launder shirts only $2! I would not go anywhere else.

Wash and fold is fine, but several of my dry cleaned formal shirts still have stains. Im a little disappointed with the work.
