To say that least I was less than satisfied with the Village Square Cleaners in Reston. My wife and I dropped off some dress shirts to be cleaned and also a suit that needed a button repaired. We returned on a Wednesday, the day that they told us the items would be ready, only to learn that the shirts were not ready yet. We inspected the "repaired" suit and noticed that the button was crooked and barely held on by a thread. We asked them to redo it. We returned a few days later, and they did an even worse job repairing the button on the second try. We gave up on Village Square Cleaners and will be brining our business elsewhere in the future.

Brought a wool coat and a sweater for cleaning and got turned away. The wool coat had a bit of cat hair on it (not a lot, mind you) and the woman working there told me to clean the cat hair off the coat and then bring it back for cleaning. Not very polite about it either. I took the coat exactly as it was to the Enviro-Cleaners in the next shopping center over and they are cleaning it happily. I even pointed out the cat hair and they were fine with it. Never going to Village Square Cleaners. Not even sure how they stay in business...

These folks are nice but theyre way way over-priced. I raised a vocal eyebrow about the exorbitance (e.g. more than $3 per mens dress shirt) but got back kind of a meek response about how the quality justified the price. Dont believe a word of it. Sorry guys, you need to get your pricing in line with the market - plenty of great dry cleaners do great work for half of what youre charging.

We have used Sunrise Valley location for a couple of years now and have not had problems. Prices are not bargain but are far from the most expensive. We have not had any alterations done, just basic cleaning where they have taken all items brought in without problems and had them done properly and on time.

Bought a groupon thing to this place...there was a reason they needed the boost in business. Terrible customer service in addition to utter incompetence. Had some repairs done and they ended up looking like a twelve year with their first sewing kit took to my pants.

I work right near here so I tried it out. The price to launder a shirt was $2 something. I asked if it was that expensive because I got it done the same day and she said it was just the normal price. Also, the collars were not pressed correctly.

This place is a ripoff! $8.94 for the cleaning of one tie! $17.78 for a suit. Will have to find a new place. I dont mind supporting the economy, but a ripoff remains a ripoff.

Extremely rude employee and the plant "manager" was a joke to talk to. The worst customer service! Was a weekly customer now will never return

There prices are higher than their competitors and their craftmanship is far less. Im not sure how they are still in business.
