This was my first time using this cleaners and I will NEVER go back. I picked up the dry cleaning and when I got home realized 2 pairs of brand new $100 pants were missing. I went back and Ive never dealt with such horrible customer service. The woman called me a liar, refused to look for my pants, wouldnt even refund me for the amount I paid to get the missing pants dry cleaned, and when I got so frustrated I almost cried she literally said "you ugly, you leave"...I just filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back and will be reporting them to the BBB and police.

Avoid Pt. 2: I had been a relatively satisfied customer for a year. I wear 17-1/2 x 34 shirts. They returned my batch of shirts to me short one, but including one 15-1/2 unfitted sleeve in a color I dont own. They insisted it was my shirt, said it was impossible that it could be otherwise. Blew me away. I wont return, even though their earlier service had been satisfactory. Integrity matters, as does giving loyal customers the benefit of some doubt. I donated the shirt to Good Will, so the outcome isnt wholly bad...

Terrible. Tried this place for the first time and found them to be sort of rude and impersonal. Then, today I received back my husbands dress shirt with three holes. I returned to the store and the lady there was hesitant to accept responsibility. Then she simply said they would find an exact replacement and call me back in two weeks. This is not the way to treat customers.

We have used this cleaner for many years and they have always done high quality work, though at semi-high prices. Some chores were difficult, like stains on silk, but they handle those too. And some repairs too. Some complain that theyre not very cheerful or friendly, but so what? Its tough work and not a lot of fun. But they do it well.

Overall good place with mostly friendly staff, but a little ... dingey? I gave pants to let out hem 1 inch, got them back taken in 1 inch along side of pant legs! Dunf. However, no other complaints, been using off and on for 2 years. Maybe should ask customers to double-check what is being entered for their order.

Hands down, the WORST place for dry cleaning. They gave my clothes to someone else and could NOT get it back. I had to track down the person with my clothes myself. On top of that, they expected me to STILL PAY?!?!?!?!?!? Are you kidding me?!?! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Worst customer service EVER.

STAY AWAY!!!! Terrible customers service ever. If you dont wanna let them ruin your clothes or item to repair, DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH. The lady who does repair will just yell at you even its her fault. WORST CLEANERS EVER.

NEVER go here. They ripped a three inch hole in my shirt sleeve and claimed it was already there and refused to issue any refund. They were also extremely rude and combative. If I could give it zero stars I would.

They distroyed a brand new pair of dress pants and then had the audacity to say that I did it. The pants had burn marks on them from a cigarette. I don’t smoke. No compensation or discount.

Service is a bit impersonal, but the service is impeccable.
