Overall customer service is far better than I get at most places. Although the consistent issues with the quality of the cleaning and pressing occur with each pickup. Double or tripple creases down the front of the slacks when there should only be one! If you have even the smallest of a stain, dont waste your time and money because they wont be able to get it out! I would pay twice the price to get my clothes back flawless everytime. You would think there would be an inspection checklist prior to putting on the rack ready for pickup. Buttons come back broken and/or missing, including the last visit where "the machine" ripped the zipper out of one of my suits and they tried to say it was like that when i dropped it off.

They lost my items that I brought in their blue bag especially meant for quick drop off. It appeared that they never registered my order in the computer system. They were not able to find my items. They deny I have ever brought them in, and refuse to refund the replacement cost. Sloppy, and poor customer service. Guys - if you drop off your stuff, make sure they enter your items in the computer!!! Better avoid that location for your business.

Fantastic, positive customer service. If I bring in something with a stain, they work hard to get it out, but everything is well cleaned. Turn around is fast and I love receiving the texts to let me know when my clothes are done. The environmental outlook is also a plus. Strongly recommend using this Crest cleaners!

Whenever I have to move I spend several months trying the various cleaners in the area and periodically thereafter. The Crest Cleaners is the best cleaners I have ever had the privilege of using. This is a just perfect, excellent store in every way. Service, courtesy, competence, friendliness, etc.

Absoloutley the worst crest around. Cant clean garments properly. Nothing is ever on time. Customer service is insanly bad. And any simple request to bag things together we r told will happen n it is never done. Wont spend another penny there. Crest burke u r simply terrible in every way.

The did a good job with our dry cleaning but I always feel uneasy when a company says that you have to present coupons up front instead of when you pay. Always makes me feel like they are going to charge me more to cover the discount from the coupon.

Posted hours are 7am-8pm. So why are the doors locked and lights out at 8:30am on a Wednesday? Completely unreliable! What if I was picking up my dry cleaning on the way out of town?
