WHAT A MISTAKE!!! 1. They asked me to pay cash. I said no, I would prefer to pay with a credit card. They did not accept, they said that they only take credit card if the total amount is over a certain dollar amount. 2. They ruined my shirt. I took them a nice white button up dress shirt to have it cleaned. When I went home after picking it up I noticed there was a stain on the sleeve. I know the stain was not there before I took it because I always look over my stuff before going to the dry cleaners. I took the shirt back and explained what happened. They took the shirt back and said they would get the stain out at no charge and for me to come back tomorrow. I went back, picked up the shirt and inspected it on the spot. What did I find? It was stained on another area, not sure if it was from the first time or the second and there was a rip on the chest. Maybe they were a bit too rough on the shirt to get the stain out and they ripped it, not sure but it was ripped. When I told them what happened they said "its not our fault". I tried to explain but all I got was an aggressive attitude from the two men working there. I basically had to leave with my ruined shirt. Unfortunately all we can do as consumers is take it to the internet because businesses just dont operate like they used to. Quality has dwindled down to nothing.

So today I went in to pick up two dresses that needed alteration. The receipt they provided me stated $44. When Jong checked me out she stated $70. I immediately questioned her as thats not the original price given to me. She goes on to explain that an error was made and that she forgot to add a charge. I explained that before the services were done she should have called to explain the additional cost and that I refused to pay $70. Long story short no I did not pay the $70 and received me items. But this rude lady had the nerve to say that I was the only one to complain. Ohh well, you wont get me! Never again will I go to this place! BEWARE

I am really picky where I take my clothes. The place I used to go to is a little far now that I am currently working at the client site. I went there to dry clean some clothes and fix a piece that had ripped on this dress I only wore once. I didnt think they would be able to really make it look like it did before, but I hoped that they would. When I came today to get my clothes, the clothes were clean and the dress looked just like the day I bought it! I couldnt stop thanking them. I have found my new cleaners.

Great service. Friendly people who remember who I am when I walk in. What they charge is reasonable. The only time I had one shirt not done right they accepted the fault and had it ready next day with no extra charge. Unlike ZIPS which has the worst everything. Anything nice I have to say about this place is the complete opposite at ZIPS. as long as I live in the area, this is THE PACE TO GO!

I felt the previous owners were less friendly than the new owners! So far weve had great experiences each time. We havent had any negative experiences so I dont know what that looks like but just know that so far in the last year my husband has brought his shirts in weekly and never had an issue! I usually bring in coats and have small alterations done there... Yeah no problem!

Dont GO THERE if you do dont ever lose your receipt. went to get my jackets and they said they cant find it unless I have my receipt. very rude customer service. Found the receipt after a lot of search and guess what. they had my cloths under a different customers name and what is really frustrating is they didnt even want to bother to look. FIRST AND LAST TIME. NEVER AGAIN.

Loved the experience. I had my shirts cleaned here and these wonderful people sowed new buttons onto my shirts. Maybe I revel in small niceties, but still a good experience.

use them for years until owners sold the biz. quality went down immediately. They ruined a shirt & didnt take responsibility (what a surprise huh?)
