I had a down comforter that needed to be cleaned. I was new to Reston and had received a coupon for the cleaners. I carefully read all the restrictions on the coupon (would not apply to rugs, etc.) but it didnt metion anything about down comforters or bedding at all. I took the comforter in and they refused to honor the coupon. She said "no household items." I looked at the coupon again and pointed out that it didnt say that anywhere. She refused to accept it. Its really a principle, not a money, thing, but I wont go back there.

Ive been taking my drying cleaning here for over thirty years. Ive also moved around a lot up and down the east coast. Ive never been so consistently satisfied as with this cleaners. They are upfront and honest, professional, and (it turns out!) neighborly.

Literally the worst customer service ive ever experienced. The lady who helped me was super rude & condescending. It cost almost $40 for 5 items to be cleaned & pressed. This was my one & only time being there & I wont be going back again.
