Yeah--same problem as above. Female staff actually told me to use deodorant (I do!) when I asked why my clothes still smelled bad after they had "cleaned" them. They cant do the very basics of their job and then they try to avoid responsibility. Also, they ripped the sleeve of my expensive suit jacket, then pretended they didnt.

Terrible service. Waited a week to be handed back very stinky clothes. Elderly staff member had no sense of smell, and very rude. Appears fraudulent--clothes pressed but not cleaned in any way. Refused to refund, we are out a lot of money. AVOID. SCAM ARTISTS.

Horrible old man. Yelled at us for parking in front of his store while we quickly went to pick up dominos pizza. We only parked there for like less than 5 minutes. I mean, there r no signs saying that we cant park there, right?

I took in 12-15 button down shirts and 7 sweaters on December 22, 2014. My clothes were ready the following afternoon. My items were cleaned, pressed, and everything smelled good. My bill was just under $60.
