We use Allegiance ChemDry on a regular basis and we dont even have any carpet in our house. :) I get my rugs, sofa, chairs, and have even had a few mattress cleanings after one of my kids have gotten sick. They do an excellent job!!! They are so friendly and professional! I highly recommend them. Also, I want to add that their technique is better than any other carpet cleaning out there. We had berber carpet in an old house that we had cleaned by another carpet cleaning company and our carpet was wet for 3-4 days, which doesnt even seem good to have wet floors for that long at all. Also, the floors still seemed dirty afterwards which was disappointing. After using ChemDry I became a loyal customer. I was so impressed with the dry time of only a couple hours and my rugs and furniture seem to stay clean longer. Theyre easier to get clean if theres a spill or something. I cant say enough good things about Allegiance Chem-Dry!

Awesome company and great, friendly people. Id recommend ChemDry to those in need of carpet cleaning and stain removal for sure. The products used are environmentally friendly and they are all natural as well. Plus, there is no sticky mess to worry about afterwards, and the solution used has no harsh smells and actually left my home smelling wonderful. And my carpets look better now than when I moved into my home 10 years ago, so I will be choosing ChemDry again next time I need of such a service for sure. When I chose Chemdry, I ended up choosing more than just a service. I was choosing to keep the waterways clean from trace chemicals and harmful pollutants, which translates into healthy ecosystems and thus a healthier world.

First of all, James was so personable and prompt responding to me. I interrogated him a bit with what chemicals and methods he used and he answered all of them, when no other company would even call me back. Im a very picky person and have been through several carpet cleaners and havent been impressed. I am so glad I called Allegiance. My carpets look brand new and feel as if they were just installed. He uses carbonated 200 degree water that not only cleans, it re-perms the carpet fibers and makes them stand back up. He is the owner and only employee and is local! His quality and prices are superb and I will be hiring him again and you should, too!

He went out of his way to help remove stains on my new stairs and made my new white carpets look almost new! I was pretty skeptical at first, I didnt know how effective the cleaning would be. Ive had carpet cleanings before, but the stains eventually came back. Not only was the cleaning great, but it was fast, effective, organic all natural solutions and most of all the customer service was outstanding. My poor yet amazing vintage beige couch didnt stand a chance with three toddlers in the house! I was thinking about trashing it bc of the stains, but James came by and worked his magic.
