We dropped off our $300 comforter for a simple wash as our washer is too small. When we brought it home there was a stain that was obviously done by them washing my light pink comforter with a dark colored item. We took it back and luckily even without our receipt they washed it again. When my husband brought it back there the stain was still there. The manager didnt even have the courtesy to tell us it was there or even apologize. So for the third time we brought it back, long story short I have a stained comforter sitting in my room. If they cant do a simple wash (separate things by color) then how can they do more advance things. I wish I had read the other reviews before trusting them. They send out a ton of coupons for a reason, Im sure they dont get much repeat customers. Too bad I cant give them a negative rating. ---edit: just opened the bag and the stuffing in my blanket is completely ruined as well.

This place ruined my ski jacket. I brought the jacket in for regular dry cleaning. The jacket was originally in excellent before I took it to Enviro Cleaners. When I picked it up from the cleaners, I noticed the zipper was broken. Enviro Cleaners said they would fix the zipper at no cost. I left the coat there to be fixed. To make a long story short, I went back five more times to pick up my coat and the zipper was still broken. When the zipper was finally fixed, I noticed that most of the goose down feathers in my coat were missing. To add insult to injury, when I told the manager he ruined my coat he laughed. This place does not know what they are doing and lacks skilled workers. Furthermore, having worked in the environmental sector, I really dont see any evidence of them being environmentally sound.

This place has been open less than a year and has already lost a shirt of mine (gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was within their first few months of business) and just destroyed another. Needless to say, I will not be going back and am considering small claims court to recoup the cost of the $125 shirt that is now unwearable. True, they are the cheapest in town, but I guess you get what you pay for. Hope this helps.

They ruined three shirts in succession with a tear in the same location. My shirts were expensive and unwearable. I have abstained from using these guys, but my experience at other cleaners were not gratifying either, so I came back to enviro cleaners after a four year abstention and hope they have gotten their act together, so far so good.

Pretty awful service. Gave them a second and third chance because they are close and convenient to me. Missing shirt buttons, torn shirts, and hems falling out of trousers. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

They clean my shirts and suits. I receive good value for my money. They replace the missing buttons as well. It may sound like a pretty standard job but it is more than it sounds when you try many dry cleaners.
