Do not come here. They will not take responsibility for any damages. They made a huge hole in my shirt and did not reimburse for the damage. In fact the woman there tried to blame me for it saying that the shirt is cheap, which was not at all the case. She then refuses to reimburse me even though the amount was significantly reduced. She refused any compromise. I then politely asked her to speak with the owner and she again refuses by blatantly saying the owner does not want to talk to me. I asked politely to speak to the owner on the phone and she refuses. I was there for 40 minutes asking to talk to the owner but she denied my request and claimed that I was making her crazy but on the contrary she was unreasonable, unwilling and plainly unfair. All I asked was for the manager and she wouldnt comply. She said no to any compromise and then ignored any of my further requests. If you love your clothes, dont take them there.

Do youself a favor and dont come here. They dont take responsibility for damages on expensive items and they will charge you a higher price when you pick your items up compared to the price they gave you when you dropped your items off just to make a few dollars more - its a scam.
