I dropped off a steel boned corset to be cleaned, as well as a jacket to be mended. The man didnt want to add me as a new customer in the system, but since my husband had gone before I just used his account. I picked up my items without looking under the plastic, which was clearly a mistake, because the stains are still on the corset, and while the jacket, technically, is mended, they simply used a zigzag machine stitch through all layers of fabric. I could have done that for free. The lining still shows through, and now one pocket is sewn closed. There were three, less than an inch long tears in the outer layer only, and I hoped for the money someone would take the time to carefully stitch them closed. Learn from my mistake and take your things elsewhere.

Simply, the BEST dry cleaning service I have ever gotten! affordable prices, fast and great customer service. My husband and I were in town for a wedding last week and needed to dry clean a suit and get some repairs done on my dress. They helped us out with rush service and had my suit back to me in 24 hours and had the alterations done in 48 hours or less. Only problem was I didnt realize Family Cleaners was closed on Sundays and I wouldnt be able to pick up my alterations before I flew back home. Family Cleaners went ABOVE and BEYOND and shipped my dressed back to me and followed up by phone and email to make sure everything arrived.

I have been a customer of Family Cleaners for more than 10 years. The owner, is such a nice, hardworking guy. Very friendly and fast same day laundry service. Reasonable prices and does a great job! All of my clothes came back clean and no damage. Wouldnt go elsewhere and I highly recommended using their service.
