I stopped using them for a while due to rude customer services, I assumed that the personnel had changed so i attempted to give them another chance on 9/17/12. I dropped off 17 items not thinking I should count the items when I collected them on 9/21/12 I proceeded home only to find out a few week later when I began using the items that several shirts were missing, when attempted to discuss the problem with them the person on the phone was very rude and dismissed me and hung up. I will not use this location again and I will take responsibility for not counting my items and move on.

Ive been using them for four years ever since Ive moved into the neighborhood. I have been quite satisfied until these last two months. Since 11/08 I noticed spots were not taken out, the same that taken out a couple of months before. Two weeks ago they returned a shirt cleaned put not pressed. And this week the retuned a pair of pants that I always have dry cleaned, they washed them. Now it can fit a small person. Time to go!

I just called the place.... befor i drive from arlington..... they asked for 1.99c a shirt, mens shirt.... it is not 99c god is it that hard to find good and honest dry cleaner in this area ???? with good and polite attitude !!! who will not scream in ur face when u say anything ?????

I have been very pleased. I have not had any problems, the people are friendly and helpful and best of all my dry cleaning bill has been cut in half. Overheard one gentlemen saying he drives from DC to have his cleaning done here. Give them a try!

Cleaning was adequate, but nothing to write home about. They lost a sweater of mine and did nothing about it - not even look for it. They have no customer service. Wouldnt recommend.

They are great they call me by my first name and the shirts are allways on time and very crisp. The prices are great 99 cents per shirt cant beat that.

I had my jeans hem by them. they did a great job. I will definitely be back if I need anything else. Great customer service! Great price!
