I pulled up to this location and was a bit thrown off by the fact that they were located right next to a custom tailor. However, I opted for this location because Ioved all the positive reviews and upon walking in...I could instantly see why. I needed my dress hemmed by the next day for my baby shower (or so I thought) but she explained how she thought I didnt need to she didnt want to be dishonest and charge me for something I didnt really need. Clearly Im still getting used to my pregnant body since all she did was adjust the straps and tuck and pull all the right places and BAM! it looked like the dress was made for me.She and her husband were beyond nice and attentive and they even pressed my dress free of charge. I obviously have not tried their other services but I am sold on how they treat their customers. I will definitely be coming back!

This is hands down the best dry cleaners in town! The owners are so kind and always treat you so warmly when you come in to the shop. Their prices are very reasonable too and their work is great. They go the extra mile for their customers. For example, two years ago around Christmas, I dropped off a black and white dress and the owner took the time to text me and explain to me what may happen if they went through with the dry cleaning because of the material that the dress was made out of. I accepted the risk but was blown away that he took the time to reach out to me. Such great customer service! The dress came out perfect too to top it all off! I trust them with all my clothes, including my one of a kind pieces. I love Mrs. Lyu, I always want to give her a hug when I see her!

I have been getting my clothes dry cleaned at Monterey Dry Cleaners for a few months now. I get my regular work clothes as well as the good stuff (sweaters, $$ dress shirts and dress pants) dry cleaned here. The quality of work is good and clothes do not have the dreaded chemical smell too :) The owners are really nice and friendly and greet me by my name every time! Their costs are comparable to other (non-discount) cleaners without breaking the bank. The turnaround time, however, is longer than other dry cleaners. But a good place for your clothes (if you dont need them back tomorrow).

My family has been going to Naomi for over 5 years for any dry cleanings or cloth alterations. When I decided to complete for a pageant, Naomi was with no doubt my to go to person and I was not disappointed. Her works on my gowns and appearance dresses were outstanding! And her pricing with type of work she performs is very affordable comparing to others in the same area.

The owners always have a friendly greeting and are prompt with service. Mrs. Lyu is great for alterations, with no job being too small. She even kindly does small fixes on the spot!! Mr. Lyu never hesitates to take my dry cleaning out to the car for me. I am always happy with their service.
