I had 3 pants to hem and 7 pants to do dry clean, when I got them, only 1 pant got hem and 5 pants got dry clean and they are so smart, they put the undone ones in the middle so I could not pay attention til I am going to use them after two weeks, I brought them back to ask them nicely to redo those pants which I already paid for it. The lady (I think she is a wife of the owner) refused to do however for me, fortunately I still have the receipt and the tags were still on those pants so she could not use any excuses not to redo them without pay for them again. So my advise is please keep those tags and receipt for a while they will come in handy if this issue happens to you, Take care all Happy Holidays to all. For my part, I wont come back even though I had been to this cleaner for a year and I used weekly for my clothes.

Dropped off two suits for cleaning, and one pair of pants for an alteration. They offered to have it ready a few days later, but I told them Id pick it up over the weekend. Came back that weekend, and not only had they lost the pants, but they wanted the money for the alteration right then. They asked for a few days to track the pants down. I figured mistakes happen, so I agreed. One month, two visits, and several phone calls later I got my pants back. No apology, discount, or explanation. Just "Come again soon!". I think not.

Should be called MAYBE $1.99 cleaners. Higher prices for anything they can think of. I took a cotton windbreaker type jacket. $5 !?!? This jacket is smaller and lighter than my suit jackets! One of my cotton pants had some mud stains on the hems. Pointed them out, "Thatll be an extra $3 for STAINS." Were not talking ink here, just mud. AVOID.

Quality is fine. They are no better or worse than normal. Inexpensive dry cleaning on everyday items - $1.99. Laundered shirts are $1.65. Anything else is expensive. Replace a button - $2.00, overcoat - $18.00, etc.

Just got my suit back yesterday. They removed a stain I had on the jacket and got everything cleaned in 2 days. Great price and service. What more can you ask for? Ill be coming back here again and I recommend it.

Ruined three silk shirts by dry pressing them. I told them they were silk and saw them separate them. Now Im out $400 because of laziness and bad service. If you care about your clothes, dont ever come here.

Theyve never mixed up, missplaced or ruin a piece of clothing. Friendly staff and quick turnarounds when needed.
