Used this cleaner for more than a year after moving to North Bethesda because of their convenient location and seemingly positive reviews. Was consistently disappointed with their inflated prices and cleaning/pressing technique that frequently broke the buttons of my dress shirts. Ive attempted to have several items altered/tailored here, and theyre rarely done right the first time. When an item clearly hasnt been altered pursuant to the customers instructions, its outrageous to demand that the customer pay A SECOND TIME for the same item (which shouldve been done correctly the first time)! If theres an opposite philosophy to "the customer is always right," then thats the attitude of the staff at Le Prestige Cleaners. There are too many other good options in the area! Avoid this place!

I dropped a dress off on Saturday. They checked the dress and took it in and then suddenly when I go to pick up my dress, they tell me it was damaged to begin with. They burnt my dress and not only refused to take responsibility for it but also made me pay for it.. they yell and scream and talk in their native language so that the customer feels like a fool. Seriously, how are they in this business? LIARS !!!!! CHEATS !! They ruined such an expensive outfit. NEVER EVER go to these people !!

I moved into town a few months ago and after using a few dry cleaners in the neighborhood, I find myself always going to Prestige, even if there are others closer to where I live. Theyve always pulled through with quick turn around and the truth is in the quality. The folks that work there are also as charming as they come!

Ive always had a great experience with Prestige Cleaners. They are very professional and my clothes are always returned looking perfect. Sure, theyre a bit pricey, but considering the rent in this shopping center is high, that is to be expected.
