Absolutely Horrible! DO NOT take your expensive gowns there! My very expensive gown needed some spot cleaning, but they not only didnt get the spots out but added one more spot and also damaged the fabric by their carelessness. I even reminded the lady to be extra careful and handle my dress properly since its handmade and really expensive but she made fun of me when I called her store to temimd her again. No curtsy was offered and she even made me pay for their careless job!

No people skills, and rude. I called this place to ask if they did same day alterations. The lady asked me to call back later (in broken English), since she needed to use the phone for something else. Seriously, dont give these people your money. They have the business sense of some severely communist country.

No issues, nothing lost or delayed, nice job on white shirts, professional and friendly. Not the least expensive, but Ive had lots of issues with the discount places.
