I started using their service when we moved into the building, overall i had been happy with their cleaners (although more expensive i felt they actually cleaned the clothes). I decided to try them to get some stuff altered and decided NEVER to return. I had a suit jacket that needed taken in and was quote $45 (a bit more pricey but figured the work would be well done). When i went to pick up she had DOUBLED THE PRICE! What?? Where was the phone call or information to tell me she was doubling the price? When I contested this at pick up she said it was because she had to do twice the work to get the results I asked for. FINE, understood. BUT she should have TOLD ME that that would have doubled the cost. Not just DO it and wait for me to pick up and then get mad at ME when I said that is NOT what I wanted. It cost me more than the blazer...i could have bought a suit for the price of the alteration! Just like the other reviewers, they do not tell you the accurate price and get mad at YOU because THEY LIED!!!

This is one of the oddest places Ive ever had my clothes dry cleaned. I live nearby here so I figured I should use their services and save on driving. Unfortunately they lost my clothes on two separate occasions. They actually record the clothing items down on a piece of paper and when they make a mistake writing down the numbers blame the customer when they lose the item! The owners are two of the strangest individuals I have ever encountered in a business. Another extremely odd thing about this store is the odor. It is quite unpleasant. Without getting too personal I can assure it is not something one would associate with an establishment that ostensibly should be a place you bring your clothes to be clean and fresh. To sum up: 1. Actually may lose your clothes, 2. Bad odor, 3. Rude owners

My boyfriend and I are new to the area originally from Iowa. Working for the state department close by, I visited Westlee Dry cleaners living right up the street at Northgate. I walked in with both laundry and dry cleaning and the service i received was great. He told me about the local area and really personable. The alterations I got done were a little pricey $20 dollars for a pair of jeans to be hemmed with the original cuff. However the work was done well and it tore a two days right after she sewed the hem back for free!

I have frequented this cleaners for sometime and found them to be very helpful. The tailors work on my suits have been precise and exactly how I described it to them. Their son was very well spoken and you could tell there is a little bit of a generation gap. His name is Deco and seems to be taking the cleaners in a new direction. I hope to see this business develop and grow.
