Please Please Please Do Not use this place! Not only will this place not have your items done on time, but they will make you drive to their other location in Reisterstowmn to pick up your own items and youll receive horrible costumer service. Please read my story of hell that this guy put me through. It will make you want to shop else where! Im usually the type of person that still tries a place that has a bad review hoping that maybe it was a fluke that somebody had a bad experience. This time I really wish I had listened to the reviews and found somebody else to have some patches sown on to some items. I dropped them off around lunch time on a Thursday, with an expected time of completion to be the following Friday. I show up at 450 the Friday that they are suppose to be ready. They lady at the store told me that they have not been dropped off yet. The guy shows up at like 510 and the girl tells him Im here for my items and he says oh yea they wont be ready today. He told me the earliest he could have them ready would be Saturday afternoon. I loose it. I told him that if he knew that they werent going to be ready on time that I should have had a phone call to tell me. I tell him that I wanted my money back since the items were not done when they said they were going to be. He says sure I can refund your money, but Im not doing the work then. Absolutely horrible costumer service. He told me that I would have to goto 750 main st to pick them up. I drive there and the guy there calls the same guy I was dealing with in finksburg to tell me that they dont have them there and that they outsource it to another cleaners of franklin blvd. I told the guy that this has been a horrible experience and I will never do business with them again. His response " well I dont want costumes like you anyways", costumes like me? You mean customers that want their stuff on time!?!?! What ever happened to the costumer is always right. Especially when they actually are! I drive to that cleaners and the lady there was real nice, told me that she did not receive my items until the morning I was picking them up. So who know where my stuff sat for 7 days.

Would never use again. They are using another cleaners to do the work. I had to spend my time getting my cloths from the other cleaners that they sent it to because they could not handle the job.

I havent had any problems. Always been very nice to me and my things were always done and ready for pick up at the Finksburg location.

Ive honestly never had any issues w them. Nice kids up front. Good prices. Clothes always done on time, returned here.
