Have used them for years and they always either ignore me or are rude. After putting a starch stain on my shirt that they claimed was there to begin with (it was a brand new, never worn shirt that was perfectly clean when going in to be starched) and telling me that they did everything to get it out (they hadnt, I took it elsewhere to get cleaned and it came out easily), and refusing to reimburse me, I started going across the street to Country Squire Cleaners (next to Whole Foods). Its cheaper and the guy at Country Squire is friendly. Save yourself the money and aggravation and avoid Cosmo Cleaners!!!

Dont waste your time and money here. I went here to have my suits and dress shirts dry cleaned because they seemed like they offered great service for a bit more of the cost which I dont mind. I found out.. For a dry cleaning place, they didnt properly iron my clothes. It was more noticeable the second time around. I had to ask for a few garments to be re-ironed. The biggest issue, there were still stains that werent completely taken care of. Missing collar stays from dress shirts as well. Ive been here at least 5 times. They do a shitty job and charge you extra.
